Abstract

A swaddle device is provided. The device may include a transition wrap that has one or more fabric layers. The device may also include one or more sleeves to cover the limbs of a baby wearing the transition wrap. Further, the device may include a fastener unit to open the transition wrap. The transition wrap has a design configuration to limit the startle reflex movement of the baby.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A swaddle device comprising:
 a transition wrap having one or more fabric layers;   one or more sleeves to cover the limbs of a baby wearing the transition wrap;   and   a fastener to open the transition wrap, wherein the transition wrap has a design configuration to limit the startle reflex movement of the baby.   
     
     
         2 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the sleeves are limb covers. 
     
     
         3 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the sleeves are removable limb covers. 
     
     
         4 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the design configuration is a bagginess configuration. 
     
     
         5 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the fastener is a one-way zipper. 
     
     
         6 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the fastener is a two-way zipper. 
     
     
         7 . The device of  claim 4 , wherein the bagginess configuration includes a size adjustment portion to adjust the size of the transition wrap. 
     
     
         8 . The device of  claim 4 , wherein the bagginess configuration includes an extended wearability configuration. 
     
     
         9 . A swaddle apparatus comprising:
 a transition wrap having one or more fabric layers;   one or more sleeves to cover the limbs of a baby wearing the transition wrap; and   a fastener to open the transition wrap, wherein the transition wrap has a design configuration to limit the startle reflex movement of the baby.   
     
     
         10 . The apparatus of  claim 9 , wherein the sleeves are limb covers. 
     
     
         11 . The apparatus of  claim 9 , wherein the sleeves are removable limb covers. 
     
     
         12 . The apparatus cap of  claim 9 , wherein the design configuration is a bagginess configuration. 
     
     
         13 . The apparatus of  claim 12 , wherein the bagginess configuration includes a size adjustment portion to adjust the size of the transition wrap. 
     
     
         14 . The apparatus of  claim 9 , wherein the fastener unit is a two-way zipper. 
     
     
         15 . A swaddle system comprising:
 a transition wrap having one or more fabric layers;   one or more sleeves to cover the limbs of a baby wearing the transition wrap; and   a fastener unit to open the transition wrap, wherein the transition wrap has a design configuration to limit the startle reflex movement of the baby.   
     
     
         16 . The system of  claim 15 , wherein the sleeves are limb covers. 
     
     
         17 . The system of  claim 15 , wherein the sleeves are removable limb covers. 
     
     
         18 . The system of  claim 15 , wherein the design configuration is a bagginess configuration. 
     
     
         19 . The system of  claim 18 , wherein the bagginess configuration includes a size adjustment portion to adjust the size of the transition wrap. 
     
     
         20 . The system of  claim 15 , wherein the fastener unit is a two-way zipper
