Abstract
Anti-NTB-A antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof, as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising such antibodies and antigen-binding fragments are described. Also described are methods of using such antibodies and antigen-binding regions to bind NTB-A and treat diseases, such as hematologic malignancies, which are characterized by expression of NTB-A.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 16 . (canceled)
17 . A host cell transformed with at least one nucleic acid encoding a polypeptide that specifically binds NTB-A and comprises three CDRs from a heavy chain and/or light chain, wherein the CDRs from the heavy chain are SEQ ID NOs: 24, 25, and 26 and the CDRs from the light chain are SEQ ID NOs: 27, 28, and 29.
18 .- 73 . (canceled)
74 . The host cell of claim 17 , wherein the host cell expresses a polypeptide that specifically binds NTB-A and comprises three CDRs from a heavy chain and a light chain, wherein the CDRs from the heavy chain are SEQ ID NOs: 24, 25, and 26 and the CDRs from the light chain are SEQ ID NOs: 27, 28, and 29.
75 . A method of treating a hematologic malignancy in a patient comprising administering to the patient a pharmaceutical composition comprising the polypeptide of claim 74 .
76 . A host cell transformed with at least one nucleic acid encoding a polypeptide that specifically binds NTB-A and comprises three CDRs from a heavy chain and/or light chain, wherein the CDRs from the heavy chain are SEQ ID NOs: 30, 31, and 32 and the CDRs from the light chain are SEQ ID NOs: 33, 34, and 35.
77 . The host cell of claim 76 , wherein the host cell expresses a polypeptide that specifically binds NTB-A and comprises three CDRs from a heavy chain and a light chain, wherein the CDRs from the heavy chain are SEQ ID NOs: 24, 25, and 26 and the CDRs from the light chain are SEQ ID NOs: 27, 28, and 29.
78 . A method of treating a hematologic malignancy in a patient comprising administering to the patient a pharmaceutical composition comprising the polypeptide of claim 77 .Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
