Abstract
Systems and methods for providing an enhanced user experience at an event or venue are provided. The systems and methods provided herein provide venue-specific location-based services to the user through the user's mobile device. Such services include allowing a user to order merchandise and concessions from their seat using their mobile device and delivering the ordered items to their seat. Such services also include determining a user's seat location from a scanned code on the user's ticket and providing a map to and from their seat.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A system, comprising:
one or more processors configured to:
receive a request from a user device of a user for parking information associated with an event at a venue;
determine parking availability of one or more parking options associated with the event;
display, via the user device, the parking availability of the one or more parking options; and
provide, via the user device, an option to the user to reserve parking based on the parking availability of the one or more parking options.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to provide, via the user device, a map to the venue from a location of the user device.
3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to provide, via the user device, one or more traffic routes from the location of the user device to at least one of the venue and the one or more parking options on the map.
4 . The system of claim 3 , wherein the one or more traffic routes comprise at least one optimal traffic route from the location of the user device to the at least one of the venue and the one or more parking options.
5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to:
receive an image of a ticket for the event; determine a location of the user device at a parking lot of the one or more parking options; and provide, via the user device, directions from the location of the user device to a seat location of the ticket.
6 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to:
determine a vehicle location at the parking lot; and provide, via the user device, directions from the seat location to the vehicle location.
7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to provide, via the user device, a map of the venue including at least one of a location of at least one facility in the venue at a location of at least one vendor in the venue.
8 . A computer-implemented method, the method comprising:
receiving a request from a user device of a user for parking information associated with an event at a venue; determining parking availability of one or more parking options associated with the event; displaying, via the user device, the parking availability of the one or more parking options; and providing, via the user device, an option to the user to reserve parking based on the parking availability of the one or more parking options.
9 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising providing, via the user device, a map to the venue from a location of the user device.
10 . The method of claim 9 , further comprising providing, via the user device, one or more traffic routes from the location of the user device to at least one of the venue and the one or more parking options on the map.
11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein providing one or more traffic routes comprises providing at least one optimal traffic route from the location of the user device to the at least one of the venue and the one or more parking options.
12 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising:
receiving an image of a ticket for the event; determining a location of the user device at a parking lot of the one or more parking options; and providing, via the user device, directions from the location of the user device to a seat location of the ticket.
13 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising:
determining a vehicle location at the parking lot; and providing, via the user device, directions from the seat location to the vehicle location.
14 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising providing, via the user device, a map of the venue including at least one of a location of at least one facility in the venue at a location of at least one vendor in the venue.
15 . A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, in response to being executed by one or more processors of a system, cause the system to perform operations comprising:
receiving a request from a user device of a user for parking information associated with an event at a venue; determining parking availability of one or more parking options associated with the event; displaying, via the user device, the parking availability of the one or more parking options; and providing, via the user device, an option to the user to reserve parking based on the parking availability of the one or more parking options.
16 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 15 , the operations further comprising providing, via the user device, a map to the venue from a location of the user device.
17 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 16 , the operations further comprising providing, via the user device, one or more traffic routes from the location of the user device to at least one of the venue and the one or more parking options on the map.
18 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 17 , wherein providing one or more traffic routes comprises providing at least one optimal traffic route from the location of the user device to the at least one of the venue and the one or more parking options.
19 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 15 , the operations further comprising:
receiving an image of a ticket for the event; determining a location of the user device at a parking lot of the one or more parking options; and providing, via the user device, directions from the location of the user device to a seat location of the ticket.
20 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 19 , the operations further comprising:
determining a vehicle location at the parking lot; and providing, via the user device, directions from the seat location to the vehicle location.Cited by (0)
