Methods to improve libido by administering electricity
Abstract
This Abstract describes a method to restore and/or improve the libido, the sex drive, in males and females, without introducing any external unnatural drugs. The process utilizes a TENS/EMS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation/Electronic Muscle Stimulation) machine to naturally generate the increased production by the human body's nerve fiber's neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters that help the Libido include Serotonin, beta-Endorphin, Cortisol, Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), gamma-Aminobutyric acid (GABA), and Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). This leads to the production of higher levels of estrogen, testosterone, or progesterone. The method requires a TENS/EMS power source, two electrodes, wiring, and optionally two additional electrodes. TENS/EMS units have no side effects other than possible skin irritation (where the electrodes are placed on the skin; if the machine is left on too long). Using a TENS/EMS unit for three-to-four times a day, for 20 minutes per session, can help restore and/or strengthen the Libido. Over the course of less than two years it is possible to restore the libido. From a nonexistent sex drive, men and women can restore their ability to reach a culmination again, without drugs.

2 . A method for improving a libido, comprising:
providing a libido-improving regimen using a transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation/electronic muscle stimulation (TENS/EMS) apparatus, the regimen including:
placing a plurality of electrodes of the TENS/EMS apparatus on a plurality of locations on a body; and
administering electrical stimulation to the body via the plurality of electrodes,
wherein the regimen is performed at least two times within a 24 hour period.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the regimen is performed two times within a 24 hour period.
4 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the regimen is performed at least three times within a 24 hour period.
5 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the regimen is performed three times within a 24 hour period.
6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the electrical stimulation is administered for approximately twenty minutes during each of the three times.
7 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the regimen is performed at least four times within a 24 hour period.
8 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the regimen is performed four times within a 24 hour period.
9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the electrical stimulation is administered for approximately twenty minutes during each of the four times.
10 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the electrical stimulation is administered for approximately twenty minutes during each of the at least two times.
11 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of locations includes a hip area of the body and a thigh area of the body.
12 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of locations includes a top-shin area of the body and a bottom-shin area of the body.
13 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of locations includes a shoulder area of the body and bicep area of the body.
14 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of locations includes a forearm area of the body and a wrist area of the body.
15 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of locations includes an upper-back area of the body and a mid-back area of the body.
16 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of locations includes a mid-back area of the body and a lower back area of the body.
17 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the regimen is unaccompanied by libido-improving drugs.
18 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the regimen is administered for a period of at least one year.
19 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the regimen is administered for a period of approximately one year and eight months.
20 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of electrodes consist of two electrodes.
21 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of electrodes consist of four electrodes.Cited by (0)
