Abstract

The present invention relates to a packing unit in which a sealing function of the container unit is improved and a lid unit can be firmly fixed to the container unit, and a sealed container having it, when storing a variety of contents in a container unit. To this end, the sealed container includes a container unit having a containing space to contain contents, a lid unit opening and closing the containing space provided in the container unit, a packing unit sealing between the container unit and the lid unit, and a rotating and tightening unit formed to interlock when the lid unit is moved and rotated toward the container unit.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A sealed container comprising:
a container unit having a containing space to contain contents; a lid unit opening and closing the containing space provided in the container unit; a packing unit sealing between the container unit and the lid unit; and a rotating and tightening unit formed to interlock when the lid unit is moved and rotated toward the container unit, wherein the rotating and tightening unit comprises: a tightening wing portion provided at an inlet of the containing space to contact the packing unit; first fitting protrusion portions formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the tightening wing portion; first fitting groove portions provided in the tightening wing portion and formed to dent by two adjacent first fitting protrusion portions; a wrapping ring portion formed to protrude from the lid unit to surround an inlet of the containing space; second fitting protrusion portions formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the wrapping ring portion, the second fitting protrusion portions corresponding to the first fitting groove portions to form a rotating path groove into which the first fitting protrusion portions are inserted; and second fitting groove portions provided in the wrapping ring portion and formed to dent by two adjacent second fitting protrusion portions, the second fitting groove portions corresponding to the first fitting protrusion portions to be communicated with the rotating path groove, wherein when the lid unit is coupled to the container unit, the first fitting protrusion portions are inserted into the second fitting groove portions, the second fitting protrusion portions are inserted into the first fitting groove portions, and the first fitting protrusion portions are interlocked with the second fitting protrusion portions through the rotating path groove according to a relative rotation between the container unit and the lid unit.

         2 . A sealed container comprising:
a container unit having a containing space to contain contents; a lid unit opening and closing the containing space provided in the container unit; a packing unit sealing between the container unit and the lid unit; and a rotating and tightening unit formed to interlock when the lid unit is moved and rotated toward the container unit, wherein the rotating and tightening unit comprises: a tightening wing portion provided at an inlet of the containing space to contact the packing unit; first fitting protrusion portions formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from an edge of the lid unit; first fitting groove portions provided at the edge of the lid unit and formed to dent by two adjacent first fitting protrusion portions; a wrapping ring portion formed to protrude from the tightening wing portion to surround the edge of the lid unit; second fitting protrusion portions formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the wrapping ring portion, the second fitting protrusion portions corresponding to the first fitting groove portions to form a rotating path groove into which the first fitting protrusion portions are inserted; and second fitting groove portions provided in the wrapping ring portion and formed to dent by two adjacent second fitting protrusion portions, the second fitting groove portions corresponding to the first fitting protrusion portions to be communicated with the rotating path groove, wherein when the lid unit is coupled to the container unit, the first fitting protrusion portions are inserted into the second fitting groove portions, the second fitting protrusion portions are inserted into the first fitting groove portions, and the first fitting protrusion portions are interlocked with the second fitting protrusion portions through the rotating path groove according to a relative rotation between the container unit and the lid unit.

3 . The sealed container of claim 1 , wherein the packing unit comprises:
a packing body portion having a long-through hole along a longitudinal direction; a tightened locking portion formed to protrude from or dent in an outer circumferential surface of the packing body portion; and a tightened fixing portion formed to protrude from or dent in the outer circumferential surface of the packing body portion at edges of the tightened locking portion along a circumferential direction of the packing body portion.

4 . The sealed container of claim 3 , wherein the packing unit further comprises a packing support portion formed to protrude from the packing body portion to the through-hole to partition the through-hole.

5 . The sealed container of claim 4 , wherein the packing support portion comprises:
a pressure support portion extended in a height direction in the packing body portion; and dispersion support portions extended downwardly toward edges of the tightened locking portion or toward the tightened fixing portion along a circumferential direction of the packing body portion in the pressure support portion.

6 . The sealed container of claim 1 , wherein the rotating and tightening unit further comprises at least one of a first engaging portion formed to protrude from the first fitting protrusion portions, or a second engaging portion formed to protrude from the rotating path groove corresponding to the second fitting protrusion portions.

7 . The sealed container of claim 6 , wherein at least one of a plurality of first engaging portions or a plurality of second engaging portions form a step along a rotation direction of the lid unit.

8 . The sealed container of claim 2 , wherein the packing unit comprises:
a packing body portion having a long-through hole along a longitudinal direction; a tightened locking portion formed to protrude from or dent in an outer circumferential surface of the packing body portion; and a tightened fixing portion formed to protrude from or dent in the outer circumferential surface of the packing body portion at edges of the tightened locking portion along a circumferential direction of the packing body portion.

9 . The sealed container of claim 8 , wherein the packing unit further comprises a packing support portion formed to protrude from the packing body portion to the through-hole to partition the through-hole.

10 . The sealed container of claim 9 , wherein the packing support portion comprises:
a pressure support portion extended in a height direction in the packing body portion; and dispersion support portions extended downwardly toward edges of the tightened locking portion or toward the tightened fixing portion along a circumferential direction of the packing body portion in the pressure support portion.

         11 .
