Abstract

The invention is a novel model involving a folding chair with back rest, including small U-shaped bars, large U-shaped bars, and back rest U-shaped bars. The small U-shaped bars and large U-shaped bars' two ends have short vertical bars and long vertical bars cross-hinged to form supports. The backrest U-shaped bars' two backrest vertical bars are hinged on the large U-shaped bars' two long vertical bars top outside face. This forms a back rest weight support, and the two backrest vertical bars will tighten the back rest fabric. In this: the small U-shaped bars' two corners become a narrowing structure, shrinking the length of the short horizontal bar, and the soft stool surface forms a trapezoid shape. This uses a new small U-shaped bar two corner narrowing structure, which creates definite space in the corners to avoid the short horizontal bar top from blocking the legs.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

1 . A folding chair with back, comprising:
a plurality of small U-shaped bars, a plurality of large U-shaped bars that are larger than the small U-shaped bars, and a plurality of back rest U-shaped bars, wherein the small U-shaped bars and large U-shaped bars' each have two ends having short vertical bars and long vertical bars cross-hinged to form supports; and wherein between a short horizontal bar mounted to the small U-shaped bars' and a long horizontal bar mounted to the large U-shaped bars' is placed a soft stool surface; said short and long U-shaped bars and a plurality of backrest U-shaped bars' have a hinge point bottom end provided with a stopper, wherein the this stopper is placed between the large U-shaped bars' long vertical bars and backrest horizontal bars; said small U-shaped bars' two corners become a narrowing structure, shrinking the length of the short horizontal bar, and the soft stool surface forms a trapezoid shape.

2 . The folding chair of claim 1 , wherein the small U-shaped bars' two corners shrink, and then the short horizontal bars' length is ⅓ to ⅔ of the length of the U-shaped bars' short vertical bar.

3 . The folding chair of claim 1 , wherein the U-shaped bars and backrest U-shaped bars' hinge points' bottom end are provided with a stopper, and this stopper is placed between the large U-shaped bars' long vertical bars and backrest horizontal bars.

3 . The folding chair of claim 1 , further including a tripartite composition of the large U-shaped pole, which includes two long vertical poles and a connecting U-shaped pole, which two ends are hinged on the long vertical poles, respectively; the two vertical poles of the U-shaped pole of the backrest are hinged on the top of the two long vertical poles, correspondingly, and the horizontal pole of the backrest directly makes contact with the backside of the large U-shaped pole, which provides support.

4 . The folding chair of claim 3 , wherein the stopper uses a tube clip positioned on the U-shaped bars' long vertical bars, and the tube clip is provided with a 180-degree ring groove, and the ring groove's two end points are designed with limiting grooves for small U-shaped bars' two corners that become a narrowing structure, shrinking the length of the short horizontal bar, and the soft stool surface forms a trapezoid shape.

5 . The folding chair of claim 1 , wherein the front and back ends of the discussed soft stool surface has stitches to place handles, and the handles can be hooked together.

6 . The folding chair of claim 4 , wherein the front and back ends of the discussed soft stool surface has stitches to place handles, and the handles can be hooked together.
