Abstract

The present invention encompasses compounds of the formula (I) wherein the groups R 1 , Cy and Y are defined herein, which are suitable for the treatment of diseases related to BTK, and processes for making these compounds, pharmaceutical preparations containing these compounds, and their methods of use.

A method of treating a disease chosen from rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythromatosis, lupus nephritis, Sjogren's disease, vasculitis, scleroderma, asthma, allergic rhinitis, allergic eczema, B cell lymphoma, multiple sclerosis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, graft versus host disease, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and uveitis, comprising administering to a patient a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to  claim 24  or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof.
