Abstract

The present invention provides a kit for determining male fertility including a container system containing a plurality of enzyme-linked antibodies one of each capable of binding to analytes Atp6v0a2, G-CSF, MIP 1α, and MCP-1. The kit further includes suitable packaging and a set of instructions for using the enzyme-linked antibodies with a seminal sample to determine the fertility of the sample.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 18 . (canceled)

19 . A kit for determining male fertility comprising:
a first container of a substrate-and-antibody structure, the antibody being specific for the antigen of SEQ ID NO. 1, packaging for holding the first container; and instructions for contacting the substrate-and-antibody structure with a seminal sample to determine the fertility of the sample.

20 . The kit of claim 19 wherein the seminal sample is sperm free.

21 . The kit of claim 19 further comprising a second container of a detection antibody specific for the antigen of SEQ ID NO. 1.

22 . The kit of claim 21 further comprising a third container of an enzyme-linked antibody.

23 . The kit of claim 22 further comprising a fourth container of a substrate for the enzyme when converted by the enzyme provides a perceptible signal.

24 . The kit of claim 23 wherein the substrate is selected from the group consisting of a microsphere and a surface of a microtiter plate.

25 . The kit of claim 24 wherein the microsphere is made from plastic or metal.

26 . The kit of claim 24 wherein the substrate is a microtiter plate surface coated with a plurality of capture antibodies.
