Abstract

An aroma-diffusing heating device includes a heating base, and a aroma capsule put in the heating base in a replaceable manner and including a heat-transfer container, an aromatic substance placed in the heat-transfer container, a breathing film consisting of a fiber fixation layer with first pores and a microporous layer with second pores and bonded to the heat-transfer container and a sealing cover releasably bonded to the heat-transfer container over the breathing film.

What the invention claimed is: 
     
         1 . An aroma-diffusing heating device, comprising:
 a heating base defining a top accommodation open chamber; and   an aroma capsule put in said top accommodation open chamber of said heating base and heatable to release aromatic vapor molecules, said aroma capsule comprising a heat-transfer container defining a top opening, an aromatic substance put in said heat-transfer container and a breathing film having a breathable function and bonded to said heat-transfer container over said top opening to hold said aromatic substance in said heat-transfer container, said breathing film comprising a fiber fixation layer defining therein a plurality of first pores and a microporous layer bonded to said fiber fixation layer in a stack and defining therein a plurality of second pores.   
     
     
         2 . The aroma-diffusing heating device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said microporous layer is made out of thermoplastic elastomer with said second pores defined therein; said fiber fixation layer is made out of polyester with said first pores defined therein. 
     
     
         3 . The aroma-diffusing heating device as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein said polyester is selected from the group consisting of Tetoron and polyethylene terephthalate (PET); said thermoplastic elastomer is thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). 
     
     
         4 . The aroma-diffusing heating device as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein said heat-transfer container is selected from the material group consisting of plastic, polyester plastic, poly chloro terephthalate glycol (PCTG), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), propylthiouracil (PTU) and polypropylene (PP); said thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) of said microporous layer of said breathing film is bonded to said heat-transfer container around said top opening. 
     
     
         5 . The aroma-diffusing heating device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the breathable aperture of said first pores is greater than the breathable aperture of said second pores. 
     
     
         6 . The aroma-diffusing heating device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the porosity of said first pores and the porosity of said second pores are different. 
     
     
         7 . The aroma-diffusing heating device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said aroma-diffusing heating device further comprises an ornamental outer shell, a connection unit connected to said ornamental outer shell, a power circuit board, a gasket, a heating element, a heat conduction unit and a thermal insulator, said power circuit board being fixedly fastened to said connection unit, said connection unit being connected to a bottom side of said heat conduction unit, said gasket being supported on said connection unit, said heating element being mounted on said gasket and abutted at a bottom side of said heat conduction unit, said heat conduction unit being mounted in a bottom side of said top accommodation open chamber and having one side thereof disposed in contact with said heating element and an opposite side thereof disposed in contact with aroma capsule, said heating element being electrically connected to power contacts of said power circuit board. 
     
     
         8 . The aroma-diffusing heating device as claimed in  claim 7 , wherein said heating base is selectively made out of a light transmissive or translucent material; said heating base further comprises a light-guiding rim extended around the periphery thereof and bonded to an outer side of said ornamental outer shell; said power circuit board comprises a light-emitting device. 
     
     
         9 . A multilayer breathing film-based aroma capsule, comprising:
 a heat-transfer container defining a top opening;   an aromatic substance placed in said heat-transfer container; and   a breathing film having a breathable function and being bonded to said heat-transfer container over said top opening to keep said aromatic substance in said heat-transfer container, said breathing film comprising a fiber fixation layer defining therein a plurality of first pores and microporous layer defining therein a plurality of second pores and bonded to said microporous layer.   
     
     
         10 . The multilayer breathing film-based aroma capsule as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein said microporous layer is made out of thermoplastic elastomer with said second pores defined therein; said fiber fixation layer is made out of polyester with said first pores defined therein. 
     
     
         11 . The multilayer breathing film-based aroma capsule as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein said polyester is selected from the group consisting of Tetoron and polyethylene terephthalate (PET); said thermoplastic elastomer is thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). 
     
     
         12 . The multilayer breathing film-based aroma capsule as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein said heat-transfer container is selected from the material group consisting of plastic, polyester plastic, poly chloro terephthalate glycol (PCTG), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), propylthiouracil (PTU) and polypropylene (PP). 
     
     
         13 . The multilayer breathing film-based aroma capsule as claimed in  claim 12 , wherein said heat-transfer container comprises a rim extended around said top opening; said breathing film is bonded to said rim of said heat-transfer container around said top opening. 
     
     
         14 . The multilayer breathing film-based aroma capsule as claimed in  claim 13 , wherein said thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) of said microporous layer of said breathing film is bonded to said rim of said heat-transfer container around said top opening. 
     
     
         15 . The multilayer breathing film-based aroma capsule as claimed in  claim 13 , wherein said heat-transfer container further comprises a sealing cover bonded to said top opening, said sealing cover comprising an inner protruding portion protruded from an inner surface thereof detachable fastened to said rim of said heat-transfer container around said top opening. 
     
     
         16 . The multilayer breathing film-based aroma capsule as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein said heat-transfer container comprises a bottom recess located on a bottom wall thereof and curved upwards. 
     
     
         17 . The multilayer breathing film-based aroma capsule as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein said aromatic substance is selected from the group consisting of aromatic wax, balsam, essential oil, spices and sesame oil mixture. 
     
     
         18 . The multilayer breathing film-based aroma capsule as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein the breathable aperture of said first pores is greater than the breathable aperture of said second pores. 
     
     
         19 . The multilayer breathing film-based aroma capsule as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein the porosity of said first pores and the porosity of said second pores are different.
