Abstract

The present application refers to individual subsea solutions to be applied in a production well for gas-liquid separation and an injection well for compression or pumping of gas or water current in subsea systems of oil exploration. Said solutions refer to a unit for gas-liquid separation mountable in a production well, which includes a unit of gas-liquid separation directly connected to an adapter base of production BAP or “Tubing Head”; and a unit for compression/pumping mountable in an injection well including a unit of compression or pumping that is directly connected to a BAP or (“Tubing Head”), the flow line having gas or water to be injected connected to the BAP or (“Tubing Head”).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A unit of gas-liquid separation mountable in a production well, comprising a unit of gas-liquid separation directly connected to an adapter base of production (“BAP”) or “Tubing Head”, as well as the barriers necessary for safety and control of the well, such that the use of a wet Christmas tree (“X-tree”) is dispensed with.

2 . The unit of gas-liquid separation mountable in a production well, according to claim 1 , wherein the unit of gas-liquid separation is connected to a well head with a string suspensor previously installed in the production well.

3 . The unit of gas-liquid separation mountable in a production well, according to claim 1 , wherein said unit of gas-liquid separation directs the separated gas to a flow line through a BAP mandrel.

4 . The unit of gas-liquid separation mountable in a production well, according to claim 1 , wherein said unit of gas-liquid separation may also provide the mandrel for connecting the flow line to the gas outlet, such that the separated liquid is sent to a second flow line through a second mandrel in the BAP.

5 . The unit of gas-liquid separation mountable in a production well, according to claim 1 , wherein said unit of gas-liquid separation may also provide the mandrel for connecting a liquid flow line.

6 . The unit of gas-liquid separation mountable in a production well, according to claim 1 , wherein the unit of gas-liquid separation is applied in anticipated production systems (SPA) or long duration tests (TLD), the liquid outlet mandrel for the unit of gas-liquid separation is therefore provided at a top of the unit of gas-liquid separation.

7 . A unit of compression/pumping mountable in an injection well, comprising a unit of compression or pumping that is directly connected to a BAP or (“Tubing Head”), the flow line having gas or water to be injected connected to the BAP or (“Tubing Head”).

8 . The unit of compression/pumping mountable in an injection well, according to claim 7 , wherein the unit of compression/pumping is directly connected to a well head with string suspensor.

9 . The unit of compression/pumping mountable in an injection well, according to claim 7 , wherein said flow line having gas or water to be injected is directly connected to the unit of compression/pumping.

10 . The unit of compression/pumping mountable in an injection well, according to claim 7 , wherein said unit of compression/pumping also has the barriers necessary for safety and control of the well, making the use of a wet Christmas tree (“X-tree”) dispensable.
