Abstract
This invention relates generally to a novel rain suit which may be designed for one-time use (disposable) or more permanent design.

21 . A foot covering comprising a reinforced sole portion, a pleated toe portion, a stretchy material encircling the upper portion of the foot covering, a series of eyelets, and laces to tighten the foot covering.
22 . The foot covering of claim 21 , wherein the reinforced sole portion further comprises a non-slip tread portion.
23 . The foot covering of claim 21 , wherein the reinforced sole portion further comprise grippers or ridges to prevent foot slippage.
24 . The foot covering of claim 21 , wherein the stretchy material encircling the upper portion is a mesh material.
