Abstract
A golf putter including a putter head having a body portion and a reversible face. The golf putter further includes a hosel received by the body portion of the putter head and a shaft attachable to the hosel. A site alignment member is coupled to a surface of the body portion. The site alignment member may include one or more alignment markings for facilitating alignment of the golf club head during use.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A golf club head, comprising:
a body portion; a reversible face coupled to the body portion; and a site alignment member coupled to a surface of the body portion wherein the site alignment member includes one or more alignment markings for facilitating alignment of the golf club head during use.
2 . The golf club head of claim 1 wherein the site alignment member defines protrusions for being slidably received within mating grooves defined by the surface.
3 . The golf club head of claim 2 wherein one or more of the mating grooves are aligned with an axis intersecting the reversible face.
4 . The golf club head of claim 1 wherein the site alignment member has first and second opposing edges and wherein the first and second opposing edges are substantially perpendicular to a surface of the face.
5 . The golf club head of claim 1 further including a rearward weighting screw wherein the rearward weighting screw is coupled to a rear portion of the body portion and is configured to secure the site alignment member.
6 . The golf club head of claim 1 wherein a first surface of the reversible face is one of smooth and milled and a second opposing surface of the reversible face is configured to include an insert.
7 . A golf putter, comprising:
a putter head including a body portion and a reversible face; a hosel received by the body portion of the putter head; a shaft attachable to the hosel; and a site alignment member coupled to a surface of the body portion wherein the site alignment member includes one or more alignment markings for facilitating alignment of the golf club head during use.
8 . The golf putter claim 7 wherein the site alignment member defines protrusions for being slidably received within mating grooves defined by the surface.
9 . The golf putter of claim 8 wherein one or more of the mating grooves are aligned with an axis intersecting the reversible face.
10 . The golf putter of claim 7 wherein the site alignment member has first and second opposing edges and wherein the first and second opposing edges are substantially perpendicular to a surface of the face.
11 . The golf putter of claim 7 further including a rearward weighting screw wherein the rearward weighting screw is coupled to a rear portion of the body portion and is configured to secure the site alignment member.
12 . The golf club head of claim 7 wherein a first surface of the reversible face is one of smooth and milled and a second opposing surface of the reversible face is configured to include an insert.Cited by (0)
