The compound according to claim 18 wherein R 24 is optionally substituted C 2-6 alkyl, optionally substituted cycloalkyl, optionally substituted heterocycloalkyl, optionally substituted aryl, optionally substituted heteroaryl, or substituted methyl, wherein methyl is substituted with optionally substituted cycloalkyl, optionally substituted heterocycloalkyl, optionally substituted aryl, or optionally substituted heteroaryl.
