Claims

Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide a resin composition having excellent heat resistance and excellent thermal adhesiveness, so as to provide an electric insulating sheet having excellent heat resistance. In order to achieve the aforementioned object, the present invention provides a resin composition which contains a polyether sulfone resin and a resin having a specific melt viscosity, and contains at least a phenoxy resin other than the polyether sulfone resin.

1 . A resin composition comprising:
 a polyether sulfone resin as a main component of its resin components; and   one or two or more types of resins other than the polyether sulfone resin as accessory components thereof, wherein   the accessory components include at least a phenoxy resin, and   when the accessory components have a melt viscosity at 300° C. of η 0  (Pa·s), and the polyether sulfone resin has a melt viscosity at 300° C. of η 1  (Pa·s), the resin composition satisfies Relational expression (1) below:
   η 0 ≥(η 1 −100)  (1).
 
   
     
     
         2 . The resin composition further comprising:
 a polyamide resin as one of the accessory components.   
     
     
         3 . The resin composition according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the polyamide resin has a melting point equal to or higher than a glass transition temperature of the polyether sulfOne resin.   
     
     
         4 . The resin composition according to  claim 2 , further comprising:
 polyamide 6T as the polyamide resin.   
     
     
         5 . The resin composition according to  claim 1 , used by being thermally adhered to a polyester fiber material. 
     
     
         6 . An electric insulating sheet comprising:
 a polyester fiber non-woven fabric; and   a resin film laminated onto the polyester fiber non-woven fabric, wherein   the poly-ester fiber non-woven fabric and the resin film are thermalty adhered to each other,   the resin film has at least a surface that is thermally adhered to the polyester fiber non-woven fabric and is formed by a resin composition containing a polyether sulfone resin,   the resin composition contains the polyether sulfone resin as a main component of its resin components and one or two or more types of resins other than the polyether sulfone resin as accessory components thereof,   the accessory components include at least a phenoxy resin, and   when the accessory components have a melt viscosity at 300° C. of η 0  (Pa·s), and the polyether sulfone resin has a melt viscosity at 300° C. of η 1  (Pa·s), the resin composition satisfies Relational expression (1) below:
   η 0 ≥(η 1 −100)  (1).
 
   
     
     
         7 . The electric insulating sheet according to  claim 6 , wherein
 the resin composition further comprises a polyamide resin as one of the accessory components.   
     
     
         8 . The electric insulating sheet according to  claim 7 , wherein
 the polyamide resin has a melting point equal to or higher than a glass transition temperature of the polyether sulfone resin.   
     
     
         9 . The electric insulating sheet according to  claim 6 , comprising:
 a laminated structure of three layers or more; and   at least a three-layer structure formed by laminating two pieces of polyester fiber non-woven fabrics onto both sides of the resin film, and   at least both surfaces of the resin film are formed by the resin composition.   
     
     
         10 . The electric insulating sheet according to  claim 6 , wherein
 the entire resin film is formed by the resin composition.   
     
     
         11 . The electric insulating sheet according to  claim 6 , used as an insulating sheet for motors.
