Scaffold part and scaffold having such a scaffold part
Abstract
A foldable scaffold platform has a first scaffold platform body and a second scaffold platform body which are interconnected by an articulation, where the scaffold platform can be folded up for the assembly, disassembly, and transportation thereof, where the width of the scaffold platform is reduced, preferably halved, in the folded state. Each scaffold platform body at the end sides when viewed in the longitudinal direction of the scaffold platform has in each case connection means, in the form of hooks, for connecting the scaffold platform to cross bars of a scaffold. Furthermore, the scaffold platform at the end sides thereof when viewed in the longitudinal direction has in each case an anti-lift protection. The anti-lift protections are disposed so as to be mutually diagonal such that in the folded state of the scaffold platform only a first anti-lift protection locks the scaffold platform to a first cross bar.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A walk-on scaffold platform which at mutually opposite transverse sides is disposable directly on a scaffold, the scaffold platform comprising:
a first scaffold platform body having a first transverse side and a second scaffold platform body having a second transverse side; wherein the scaffold platform has an articulation which pivotably connects the first scaffold platform body to the second scaffold platform body; wherein the first scaffold platform body on the first transverse side has a first anti-lift protection; and wherein the second scaffold platform body on the second transverse side has a second anti-lift protection; wherein the anti-lift protections are disposed so as to be mutually diagonal and wherein the first scaffold platform body on the second transverse side does not have any anti-lift protection, and the second scaffold platform body on the first transverse side does not have any anti-lift protection.
2 . The scaffold platform as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the scaffold platform is configured in such a manner that an upper side of the first scaffold platform body in the folded state of the scaffold platform comes to lie on an upper side of the second scaffold platform body.
3 . The scaffold platform as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the first scaffold platform body comprises part of the first transverse side and part of the second transverse side, and the second scaffold platform body comprises part of the first transverse side and part of the second transverse side.
4 . The scaffold platform as claimed in claim 3 , wherein a hinge axis is configured so as to be parallel with a central longitudinal axis of the scaffold platform or so as to be along the central longitudinal axis of the scaffold platform.
5 . The scaffold platform as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the scaffold platform on the first transverse side has a first hook by way of which the scaffold platform is connectable directly to a first cross bar, and the scaffold platform on the second transverse side has a second hook by way of which the scaffold platform is connectable directly to a second cross bar.
6 . The scaffold platform as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the first anti-lift protection and the second anti-lift protection have in each case at least one first locking hook which on the respective scaffold platform body is guided in such a manner that said first locking hook in the assembled position of the scaffold platform reaches a locked position by way of gravity.
7 . The scaffold platform as claimed in claim 6 , wherein an articulation axis of the articulation runs in a plane of the walk-on upper side of the scaffold platform or above the walk-on upper side of the scaffold platform.
8 . The scaffold platform as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the first scaffold platform body in the region of the articulation has a first longitudinal brace that runs parallel with the articulation axis, and the second scaffold platform body in the region of the articulation has a second longitudinal brace that runs parallel to the articulation axis, wherein the articulation is at least partially integrated in the first longitudinal brace and/or the second longitudinal brace.
9 . The scaffold platform as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the articulation is configured in the form of a hinge assembly, wherein the hinge assembly has a first hinge plate which is connected to the first scaffold platform body, and the hinge assembly has a second hinge plate which is connected to the second scaffold platform body.
10 . The scaffold platform as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first and second scaffold platform body are of identical configuration.
11 . The scaffold platform as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the scaffold platform on a upper side thereof and on a lower side thereof has a walk-on platform face.
12 . The scaffold platform as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the scaffold platform has a folding aid which is connected to the second scaffold platform body.
13 . A scaffold having the scaffold platform as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the scaffold in the assembled state has horizontally oriented cross bars, wherein the first transverse side of the scaffold platform is connected to the first cross bar, and the second transverse side of the scaffold platform is connected to the second cross bar.
14 . A method for assembling the scaffold as claimed in claim 13 , said method comprising the following steps:
a) disposing the first scaffold platform body on cross bars of the scaffold; b) pivoting open the second scaffold platform body about a pivot axis of the articulation; c) disposing the second scaffold platform body on the cross bars.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
