Abstract

The present invention provides portable modular hanging and pulling system for temporary mounting in a doorway formed above a floor and along a wall, the wall having a first opposing side and a second opposing side, the doorway includes a door attached to a door frame on the first opposing side with a door hinge, and a supportive strip positioned above the doorway on the second opposing side. The portable modular hanging and pulling system includes: a first bearing member, a second bearing member, a first coupling member, a second coupling member, and a modular surface.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A portable modular hanging and pulling system for temporary mounting in a doorway formed above a floor and along a wall, the wall having a first opposing side and a second opposing side, the doorway includes a door attached to a door frame on the first opposing side with a door hinge, and a supportive strip positioned above the doorway on the second opposing side, the portable modular hanging and pulling system comprising:
 a first bearing member having a proximal end and a distal end,
 wherein the first bearing member is narrower than the doorway and is configured to bear upon the supportive strip; 
   a second bearing member having a proximal end and a distal end,
 wherein the second bearing member is wider than the doorway and comprises a first planar member at the proximal end and a second planar member at the distal end, 
 wherein the first planar member and the second planar member are each independently configured to rest on the door hinge in between the door and the first opposing side when the door is in an open position; 
   a first coupling member having a proximal end and distal end,
 wherein the first coupling member is coupled to the first bearing member at the proximal end and to the second bearing member between the proximal end and the distal end; 
   a second coupling member having a proximal end and distal end,
 wherein the second coupling member is coupled to the first bearing member at the distal end and to the second bearing member between the proximal end and the distal end; 
   a modular surface having a first surface and a second surface,
 wherein the first surface of the modular surface is coupled to the distal end of the first coupling member and to the distal end of the second coupling member, 
 wherein the modular surface comprises one or more coupling recesses extending between the first surface and the second surface; and 
   one or more modular members coupled to the second surface of the modular surface via at least one releasable coupler extending through both the one or more modular members and the one or more coupling recesses.   
     
     
         2 . The portable modular hanging and pulling system of  claim 1 , wherein the modular surface is oriented perpendicular to the floor. 
     
     
         3 . The portable modular hanging and pulling system of  claim 1 , wherein the modular surface is oriented non-perpendicular to the floor. 
     
     
         4 . The portable modular hanging and pulling system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more modular members each independently comprise one or more hang boards, one or more climbing holds, or a combination thereof. 
     
     
         5 . The portable modular hanging and pulling system of  claim 4 , wherein the one or more modular members each independently comprise one or more hang boards. 
     
     
         6 . The portable modular hanging and pulling system of  claim 4 , wherein the one or more modular members each independently comprise one or more climbing holds. 
     
     
         7 . The portable modular hanging and pulling system of  claim 4 , wherein the one or more modular members each independently comprise one or more hang boards and one or more climbing holds.

A portable modular hanging and pulling system for temporary mounting in a doorway formed above a floor and along a wall, the wall having a first opposing side and a second opposing side, the doorway includes a door attached to a door frame on the first opposing side with a door hinge, and a supportive strip positioned above the doorway on the second opposing side, the portable modular hanging and pulling system comprising:
 a first bearing member having a proximal end and a distal end,
 wherein the first bearing member is narrower than the doorway and is configured to bear upon the supportive strip; 
   a second bearing member having a proximal end and a distal end,
 wherein the second bearing member is wider than the doorway and comprises a first planar member at the proximal end and a second planar member at the distal end, 
 wherein the first planar member and the second planar member are each independently configured to rest on the door hinge in between the door and the first opposing side when the door is in an open position; 
   a first coupling member having a proximal end and distal end,
 wherein the first coupling member is directly coupled to the first bearing member at the proximal end and to the second bearing member between the proximal end and the distal end; 
   a second coupling member having a proximal end and distal end,
 wherein the second coupling member is directly coupled to the first bearing member at the distal end and to the second bearing member between the proximal end and the distal end; 
   a modular surface having a first surface and a second surface,
 wherein the first surface of the modular surface is directly coupled to the distal end of the first coupling member and to the distal end of the second coupling member, 
 wherein the modular surface comprises one or more coupling recesses extending between the first surface and the second surface; and 
   one or more modular members directly coupled to the second surface of the modular surface via at least one releasable coupler extending through both the one or more modular members and the one or more coupling recesses.   
     
     
         9 . The portable modular hanging and pulling system of  claim 8 , wherein the modular surface is oriented perpendicular to the floor. 
     
     
         10 . The portable modular hanging and pulling system of  claim 8 , wherein the modular surface is oriented non-perpendicular to the floor. 
     
     
         11 . The portable modular hanging and pulling system of  claim 8 , wherein the one or more modular members each independently comprise one or more hang boards, one or more climbing holds, or a combination thereof. 
     
     
         12 . The portable modular hanging and pulling system of  claim 11 , wherein the one or more modular members each independently comprise one or more hang boards. 
     
     
         13 . The portable modular hanging and pulling system of  claim 11 , wherein the one or more modular members each independently comprise one or more climbing holds.

 wherein the second coupling member is directly coupled to the first bearing member at the distal end and to the second bearing member between the proximal end and the distal end; 
   a modular surface having a first surface and a second surface,
 wherein the first surface of the modular surface is directly coupled to the distal end of the first coupling member and to the distal end of the second coupling member, 
 wherein the modular surface comprises one or more coupling recesses extending between the first surface and the second surface, 
 wherein the modular surface is oriented non-perpendicular to the floor; and 
   one or more modular members directly coupled to the second surface of the modular surface via at least one releasable coupler extending through both the one or more modular members and the one or more coupling recesses, and
 wherein the one or more modular members each independently comprise one or more hang boards, one or more climbing holds, or a combination thereof.
