Abstract

The invention relates to a product containing the compound of formula (I) below (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of this compound, in combination with at least one compound having PDE5-inhibitory properties, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for therapeutic use, simultaneously, separately or over a period of time, in the treatment of a disease wherein vasoconstriction is involved.

         13 . A method for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension comprising administering simultaneously, separately, or over a period of time, to a patient in need thereof, an effective amount of a compound of formula (I): 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
         in free or pharmaceutically acceptable salt form, and at least one compound having PDE5-inhibitory properties, in free or pharmaceutically acceptable salt form. 
       
     
     
         14 . The method according to claim  1 , wherein the compound of formula (I) and the compound having PDE5-inhibitory properties are administered simultaneously. 
     
     
         15 . The method according to claim  1 , wherein the compound of formula (I) and the compound having PDE5-inhibitory properties are administered separately. 
     
     
         16 . The method according to claim  1 , wherein the compound of formula (I) and the compound having PDE5-inhibitory properties are administered over a period of time. 
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 16 , wherein the interval between the administration of the compound of formula (I) and the administration of the compound having PDE5-inhibitory properties does not exceed two days. 
     
     
         18 . The method according to  claim 17 , wherein the interval does not exceed one day. 
     
     
         19 . The method according to claim  1 , wherein the compound having PDE5-inhibitory properties is sildenafil, vardenafil, tadalafil, or udenafil. 
     
     
         20 . The method according to claim  1  wherein the compound having PDE5-inhibitory properties is sildenafil. 
     
     
         21 . The method according to claim  1 , wherein the compound having PDE5-inhibitory properties is tadalafil.
