Abstract
The present invention discloses an electronic cigarette atomizer of an electronic cigarette. The electronic cigarette atomizer comprises a top cover assembly, a base, an outer barrel connected between the top cover assembly and the base, and an atomization assembly located in the outer barrel and connected to the base. The atomization assembly comprises an electrode assembly which is of a single post structure, and heating coils clamped onto the electrode assembly. The electrode assembly comprises an upper electrode part and a lower electrode part which are laminated along the vertical axis, as well as a partition plate unit connected between the upper electrode part and the lower electrode part. One lead of each heating coil is clamped between the upper electrode part and the partition plate unit, and the other lead is clamped between the lower electrode part and the partition plate unit. This design not only reduces the area occupied by an atomization device on an e-liquid storage chamber and improves e-liquid storage capacity of the e-liquid storage chamber, but also makes it more convenient to remove or install the heating coil.

An electronic cigarette atomizer, comprising a top cover assembly, a base, an outer barrel connected between the top cover assembly and the base, and an atomization assembly located in the outer barrel and connected to the base, wherein the atomization assembly comprises an electrode assembly which is of a single post structure, and heating coils clamped onto the electrode assembly; the electrode assembly comprises an upper electrode part and a lower electrode part which are laminated along the vertical axis, as well as a partition plate unit connected between the upper electrode part and the lower electrode part; one lead of each heating coil is clamped between the upper electrode part and the partition plate unit, and the other lead is clamped between the lower electrode part and the partition plate unit.

The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the atomization assembly further comprises a locking part for compressing the upper electrode part, the lower electrode part and the partition plate unit, as well as a conductive post penetrating into the partition plate unit and contacting with the upper electrode part; and the locking part is provided with a locking part screw which can be threadedly connected to the top of the conductive post after penetrating the upper electrode part.

The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 2 , wherein the lower end of the conductive post penetrates the lower electrode part to be connected to an electrode stud, and the electrode stud penetrates the base; an insulating sleeve covering the electrode stud is further connected between the electrode stud and the base and the base forms the lower electrode part; and the electrode stud and the base are electrically connected to a positive pole and a negative pole of a power supply respectively.

The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 3 , wherein the partition plate unit comprises a first partition plate, a second partition plate, and an insulating plate that is connected between the first partition plate and the second partition plate; and both the first partition plate and the second partition plate are conductive plates made of a metal material.

The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 4 , wherein a first indexing pin extends on the bottom surface of the first partition plate towards the insulating plate, a second indexing pin extends on the top surface of the second partition plate towards the insulating plate, and the insulating plate is provided with a plurality of indexing holes corresponding to the first indexing pin and the second indexing pin.
6 . The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 5 , wherein the extending height of the first indexing pin and the extending height of the second indexing pin are both smaller than the thickness of the insulating plate.

The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 4 , wherein the first partition plate, the second partition plate, and the insulating plate are provided with a first partition plate through hole, a second partition plate through hole, and an insulating plate through hole respectively, and the upper end of conductive post sequentially penetrates the first partition plate through hole, the insulating plate through hole and the second partition plate through hole and then is threadedly connected to the locking part screw.

The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 7 , wherein the atomization assembly further comprises a spring which sleeves the conductive post and is used for reinforcing electrical connection between the conductive post and the upper electrode part, the spring and the conductive post are coaxial, the upper end of the spring abuts against the bottom surface of the insulating plate, and the lower end of the spring abuts against an insulating pad.
9 . The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 4 , wherein the insulating plate is made of a polyether-ether-ketone material.

The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 3 , wherein a vertical through hole is formed in the conductive post, the inner wall of the upper portion of the through hole is provided with a first internal thread for threaded connection to the locking part screw, and the inner wall of the lower portion of the through hole is further provided with a second internal thread for threaded connection to the electrode stud.

The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 10 , wherein the locking part screw is internally further provided with a first through groove for e-liquid to pass, the electrode stud is internally further provided with a second through groove for the e-liquid to pass, and the first through groove and the second through groove are disposed along the vertical axis and communicated with the through hole.

The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein there are a plurality of heating coils, leads at the upper ends of the plurality of heating coils are clamped between the upper electrode part and the partition plate unit, leads at the lower ends of the plurality of heating coils are clamped between the lower electrode part and the partition plate unit, and the plurality of heating coils are annular and are connected around the partition plate unit at equal intervals.
13 . The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the top cover assembly comprises a drip tip and a top cover body covering the top of the outer barrel.
14 . The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 13 , wherein an e-liquid storage chamber is formed in the outer barrel, the atomization assembly is located at the middle of the e-liquid storage chamber, and the drip tip is communicated with the e-liquid storage chamber.
15 . The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 14 , wherein the outer barrel is further provided with two air intake holes, and the two air intake holes are located in two sides of the atomization assembly respectively.

An electronic cigarette atomizer, comprising a top cover assembly, a base, an outer barrel connected between the top cover assembly and the base, and an atomization assembly located in the outer barrel and connected to the base, wherein the atomization assembly comprises an electrode assembly which is of a single post structure, and heating coils clamped onto the electrode assembly; the electrode assembly comprises an upper electrode part and a lower electrode part which are laminated along the vertical axis, as well as a partition plate unit connected between the upper electrode part and the lower electrode part; one lead of each heating coil is clamped between the upper electrode part and the partition plate unit, the other lead is clamped between the lower electrode part and the partition plate unit, and the lower portion of the base is further connected to an e-liquid storage tank.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
