Abstract
The present invention is directed towards systems and methods for enhanced marketing responsive to customer path data between attractions. A first device receives an identification of a location of a user and a first attraction selected for access by a user. A path analyzer of the device determines a travel path between the location of the user and the first attraction. The path analyzer identifies a second attraction within a predetermined distance from the travel path. The first device transmits, to a computing device of the user, an offer of access to the second attraction.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 18 . (canceled)
19 . A method for enhanced marketing responsive to customer path data between attractions, comprising:
receiving, by a first device, an identification of a location of a portable device of a user, and an identification of a location of a first attraction selected for access by the user; identifying, by the first device, a time for expiration of access to the first attraction by the user; determining, by a path analyzer of the first device, a travel path between the location of the portable device and the location of the first attraction; identifying, by the path analyzer, a second attraction within a predetermined distance from the travel path; determining, by the first device, that an average time of users accessing the second attraction exceeds the time for expiration of access to the first attraction by the user; and transmitting, by the first device to the portable device of the user, an offer of access to the second attraction, responsive to the determination that the average time of users accessing the second attraction exceeds the time for expiration of access to the first attraction by the user.
20 . The method of claim 19 , wherein the time for expiration of access to the first attraction comprises a period until the attraction is closed.
21 . The method of claim 19 , wherein the time for expiration of access to the first attraction comprises a period until expiration of an access ticket of the user.
22 . The method of claim 19 , wherein receiving the identification of the location of the portable device further comprises receiving a location identified by a geolocation module of the portable device.
23 . The method of claim 19 , wherein receiving the identification of the location of the portable device further comprises receiving, from a second device at a third attraction corresponding to the location, an indication of access to the third attraction by the user of the portable device.
24 . The method of claim 19 , wherein identifying the second attraction within the predetermined distance from the travel path further comprises:
identifying a plurality of additional attractions within the predetermined distance from the travel path; and selecting the second attraction from the plurality of additional attractions responsive to a net price due to an operator of the second attraction being less than a net price due to operators of each of the other attractions of the plurality of additional attractions.
25 . The method of claim 19 , wherein identifying the second attraction within the predetermined distance from the travel path further comprises:
identifying a plurality of additional attractions within the predetermined distance from the travel path; and selecting the second attraction from the plurality of additional attractions responsive to a net price due to an operator of the second attraction being less than a predetermined threshold.
26 . The method of claim 19 , wherein identifying the second attraction within the predetermined distance from the travel path further comprises:
identifying a plurality of additional attractions within the predetermined distance from the travel path; and selecting the second attraction from the plurality of additional attractions responsive to the average time of users accessing the second attraction exceeding an average time of users accessing each of the other attractions of the plurality of additional attractions.
27 . The method of claim 19 , wherein the location of the portable device is a location of a first web page being visited by a browser of the portable device; wherein the location of the first attraction is a location of a second web page; and wherein the travel path between the location of the portable device and the location of the first attraction comprises at least one additional web page identified in a link from the first web page or including a link to the second page.
28 . A system for enhanced marketing responsive to customer path data between attractions, comprising:
a first device comprising:
a receiver for receiving an identification of a location of a portable device of a user, and an identification of a location of a first attraction selected for access by the user;
a path analyzer for determining a travel path between the location of the portable device and the location of the first attraction, and identifying a second attraction within a predetermined distance from the travel path, the path analyzer configured to select the second attraction responsive to an average time of users accessing the second attraction exceeding a time for expiration of access to the first attraction by the user; and
a transmitter for transmitting, to the portable device of the user, an offer of access to the second attraction, responsive to the determination that the average time of users accessing the second attraction exceeds the time for expiration of access to the first attraction by the user.
29 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the time for expiration of access to the first attraction comprises a period until the attraction is closed.
30 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the time for expiration of access to the first attraction comprises a period until expiration of an access ticket of the user.
31 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the receiver is further configured for receiving a location identified by a geolocation module of the portable device.
32 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the receiver is further configured for receiving, from a second device at a third attraction corresponding to the location, an indication of access to the third attraction by the user of the portable device.
33 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the path analyzer is further configured for:
identifying a plurality of additional attractions within the predetermined distance from the travel path; and selecting the second attraction from the plurality of additional attractions responsive to a net price due to an operator of the second attraction being less than a net price due to operators of each of the other attractions of the plurality of additional attractions.
34 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the path analyzer is further configured for:
identifying a plurality of additional attractions within the predetermined distance from the travel path; and selecting the second attraction from the plurality of additional attractions responsive to a net price due to an operator of the second attraction being less than a predetermined threshold.
35 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the path analyzer is further configured for:
identifying a plurality of additional attractions within the predetermined distance from the travel path; and selecting the second attraction from the plurality of additional attractions responsive to the average time of users accessing the second attraction exceeding an average time of users accessing each of the other attractions of the plurality of additional attractions.
36 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the location of the portable device is a location of a first web page being visited by a browser of the portable device; wherein the location of the first attraction is a location of a second web page; and wherein the travel path between the location of the portable device and the location of the first attraction comprises at least one additional web page identified in a link from the first web page or including a link to the second page.Cited by (0)
