Abstract
A structure of the heat exchange pipe is provided for conducting heat generated by combustion inside a burner to the outside. The structure of the heat exchange pipe includes a receptacle and an insertion. The insertion is disposed in the receptacle. The insertion includes at least three petals, each of which includes a first circular arc section and a second circular arc section. The first circular arc section extends toward a center of the receptacle and has a first arc angle. The second circular arc section has a second arc angle. The second arc section is arranged between two first circular arc sections of two adjacent ones of the petals. The first and second circular arc sections define a flue. As such, the insertion forms a flue baffle device.

1 . A structure of a heat exchange pipe, which is adapted to conduct heat generated through combustion inside a burner to the outside, the structure of the heat exchange pipe comprising:
a receptacle; and an insertion, which is disposed in the receptacle, the insertion comprising at least three petals, the petals each comprising a first circular arc section and a second circular arc section, the first circular arc section extending toward a center of the receptacle and having a first arc angle, the second circular arc section having a second arc angle, the second circular arc section being arranged between two first circular arc sections of two adjacent ones of the petals, the first circular arc section and the second circular arc section defining a flue.
2 . The structure of the heat exchange pipe according to claim 1 , wherein the insertion is formed of three sectorial petals and each of the sectorial petals has a central angle of 120°.
3 . The structure of the heat exchange pipe according to claim 1 , wherein the second circular arc sections of the insertion extend from the first circular arc sections respectively.
4 . The structure of the heat exchange pipe according to claim 1 , wherein the first arc angle is greater than the second arc angle.
5 . The structure of the heat exchange pipe according to claim 1 , wherein the petals of the insertion each comprise a third circular arc section and the third circular arc section has a third arc angle.
6 . The structure of the heat exchange pipe according to claim 1 , wherein the receptacle and the insertion form a combination of different materials.
7 . The structure of the heat exchange pipe according to claim 6 , wherein the receptacle comprises stainless steel and the insertion comprises a non-ferrous metal material.
8 . The structure of the heat exchange pipe according to claim 1 , wherein the petals of the insertion are separate from each other before being disposed in the receptacle and two opposing sides of the petals engage each other to form abutting engagement therebetween after the petals are disposed in the receptacle.
9 .
