Abstract

Provided is a shoe having a rotating function, and having a novel structure in which a coupling shaft is fixedly coupled by a coupling bolt in a state in which a rotation-preventing column of the coupling shaft is coupled to a rotation-preventing groove, such that the rotation of the coupling shaft is reliably prevented and, simultaneously, the loosening of the coupling bolt is prevented, and, furthermore, a rotating plate can be locked only with foot movements without an operation, performed by the hands, for locking the rotating plate.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A shoe having a rotating function comprising an upper, a sole coupled to the upper, and a rotating part located on a front side of the sole,
wherein the sole comprises a fastening hole formed piercedly on the front side thereof in a vertical direction, the rotating part comprises: a support shaft having a flange coming into close contact with a top surface of the sole, a through column extended downwardly from the flange to pass through the fastening hole, a rotation-preventing groove concavedly formed upwardly from the bottom end of the through column, and a female screw hole formed on top of the rotation-preventing groove in a vertical direction thereof; a bearing assembly having a top end periphery supported against the underside of the sole in such a manner as to be disposed coaxially to the through column protruding downwardly from the sole; a rotating plate having a shaft hole formed on the center thereof in a vertical direction and a top surface supported against the underside end periphery of the bearing assembly; a coupling shaft having a screw through hole formed at the center thereof in a vertical direction, a rotation-preventing column inserted into the rotation-preventing groove of the support shaft, a shaft column located on the underside of the rotation-preventing column in such a manner as to be disposed in the shaft hole, and a support projection protruding radially from the underside of the shaft column to support the underside of the rotating plate thereagainst; a coupling bolt having a male screw body screw-coupled to the female screw hole after passing through the screw through hole and a bolt head adapted to support the underside of the coupling shaft thereagainst; and a first slip-preventing member coupled to the underside of the rotating plate in such a manner as to come into contact with the ground, and the sole comprises a second slip-preventing member disposed on the front side of the underside thereof and having a plurality of rotation-preventing protrusions protruding downwardly therefrom in such a manner as to be insertedly contacted with the top surface of the rotating plate to prevent the rotating plate from rotating.

2 . The shoe according to claim 1 , wherein the rotating plate has protrusion insertion grooves formed concentrically on the top surface thereof to insert the plurality of rotation-preventing protrusions thereinto.

3 . A shoe having a rotating function comprising an upper, a sole coupled to the upper, and a rotating part located on a front side of the sole,
wherein the sole comprises a rotation-preventing groove concavedly formed upwardly from the underside of the front side of the sole and a female screw hole formed on top of the rotation-preventing groove in a vertical direction, the rotating part comprises: a bearing assembly having a top end periphery coming into contact with the underside of the sole in such a manner as to be disposed coaxially to the rotation-preventing groove of the sole; a rotating plate having a shaft hole formed on the center thereof in a vertical direction and a top surface supported against the underside end periphery of the bearing assembly; a coupling shaft having a screw through hole formed at the center thereof in a vertical direction, a rotation-preventing column inserted into the rotation-preventing groove, a shaft column located on the underside of the rotation-preventing column in such a manner as to be disposed in the shaft hole, and a support projection protruding radially from the shaft column to support the underside of the rotating plate thereagainst; a coupling bolt having a male screw body screw-coupled to the female screw hole after passing through the screw through hole and a bolt head adapted to support the underside of the coupling shaft thereagainst; and a first slip-preventing member coupled to the underside of the rotating plate in such a manner as to come into contact with the ground, and the sole comprises a second slip-preventing member disposed on the front side of the underside thereof and having a plurality of rotation-preventing protrusions protruding downwardly therefrom in such a manner as to be insertedly contacted with the top surface of the rotating plate to prevent the rotating plate from rotating.

4 . The shoe according to claim 3 , wherein the rotating plate has protrusion insertion grooves formed concentrically on the top surface thereof to insert the plurality of rotation-preventing protrusions thereinto.
