Claims

Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide a bulky yarn made of synthetic fibers, which is suppressed in tanglement between filaments while having a loop shape in the surface layer thereof, and has a soft texture and is light and excellent in heat retention properties while being good in handleability in high-order processing. The present invention provides a bulky yarn made of synthetic fibers, including: a sheath yarn ( 1 ) having a three-dimensional crimped structure; and a core yarn ( 2 ) twisted with the sheath yarn ( 1 ) to fix the sheath yarn ( 1 ), wherein the sheath yarn ( 1 ) is not substantially broken and continuously forms loops.

1 . A bulky yarn made of synthetic fibers, comprising:
 a sheath yarn having a three-dimensional crimped structure; and   a core yarn twisted with the sheath yarn to fix the sheath yarn,   wherein the sheath yarn is not substantially broken and continuously forms loops.   
     
     
         2 . The bulky yarn according to  claim 1 , wherein the core yarn and the sheath yarn have a single yarn fineness ratio (sheath/core) in a range of 0.5 to 2.0,
 the core yarn and the sheath yarn have 1/mm to 30/mm twist points in a fiber axis direction of the bulky yarn, and   the crimped structure of the sheath yarn has a radius of curvature of 2 mm to 30 mm.   
     
     
         3 . The bulky yarn according to  claim 1 , wherein the fibers that constitute the bulky yarn have a single yarn fineness of 3.0 dtex or more, and
 the bulky yarn has a coefficient of static friction between fibers of 0.3 or less.   
     
     
         4 . The bulky yarn according to  claim 1 , wherein the core yarn has a three-dimensional crimp. 
     
     
         5 . The bulky yarn according to  claim 1 , wherein both or one of the core yarn and the sheath yarn is hollow section fibers having a hollow rate of 20% or more. 
     
     
         6 . The bulky yarn according to  claim 1 , wherein the core yarn and the sheath yarn are monocomponent fibers of same type. 
     
     
         7 . A textile product, comprising the bulky yarn according to  claim 1  in at least part thereof. 
     
     
         8 . The bulky yarn according to  claim 2 , wherein the fibers that constitute the bulky yarn have a single yarn fineness of 3.0 dtex or more, and
 the bulky yarn has a coefficient of static friction between fibers of 0.3 or less.   
     
     
         9 . The bulky yarn according to  claim 2 , wherein the core yarn has a three-dimensional crimp. 
     
     
         10 . The bulky yarn according to  claim 2 , wherein both or one of the core yarn and the sheath yarn is hollow section fibers having a hollow rate of 20% or more. 
     
     
         11 . The bulky yarn according to  claim 2 , wherein the core yarn and the sheath yarn are monocomponent fibers of same type. 
     
     
         12 . A textile product, comprising the bulky yarn according to  claim 2  in at least part thereof.
