80 . The method of claim 75 , further comprising:
receiving via a network a location of a mobile computer system from the mobile computer system, the location of the mobile computer system determined by a location detection unit configured to determine the location of the mobile computer system; and determining the user-specified location based on a location of a mobile computer system.

         81 . (canceled)

82 . The method of claim 75 , wherein the user-specified weather condition includes a current weather condition, a historical weather condition, or a forecasted weather condition.

83 . The method of claim 75 , further comprising:
receiving updated weather data; and updating the at least one user-specified weather condition output to the user based on the updated weather data.

84 . The method of claim 83 , wherein the receiving updated weather data comprises automatically and repeatedly updating the at least one user-specified weather condition output to the user.

         85 .- 86 . (canceled)

87 . The method of claim 75 , further comprising:
receiving a user-specified time frame from the user via the graphical user interface, outputting the at least one user-specified weather condition associated with the user-specified location and the user-specified time frame to the user via the graphical user interface.

88 . The method of claim 87 , wherein the receiving the user-specified time frame from the user comprises determining the user-specified time frame based on the selection of at the least one module from the plurality of modules.

89 . The method of claim 75 , further comprising:
providing functionality for the user to select a first module configured to output a first user-specified weather condition and a second module configured to output a second user-specified weather condition from the plurality of modules; and outputting the first user-specified weather condition associated with the user-specified location via the first module and the second user-specified weather condition associated with the user-specified location via the second module.
