Abstract
The present invention relates to improved methods and apparatus for modeling a Stated Objective and calculating future Performance of a residential structure. The Stated Objective is based upon an Augmented Virtual Model of a residential structure and property. Aspects of Calculated Performance may be aggregated across multiple properties

21 . A system of tracking attainment of a stated Objective relating to a residential structure, the system comprising;
a) a global positioning system device positioned proximate to the residential structure; b) a processor in logical communication with the global positioning system; c) an altimeter to calculate an elevation of a point of measurement; an electronic sensor to measure a first state within the residential; and d) a digital storage additionally in logical communication with said processor and storing code executable on demand to cause the processor to: determine a geographic position of the residential structure based upon a geospatial determination of the global positioning system device proximate to the residential structure; identify a digital model of the residential structure based upon the geographic position of the residential structure, the digital model comprising virtual representation of structural components included in the residential structure; reference multiple positioning reference devices within the residential structure; measure a distance to at least three of the multiple positioning reference devices from a point of measurement; calculate a position within the residential structure, a calculation based upon a relative distance of the at least three positioning reference devices to the point of measurement and a triangulation calculation; specify a location of the first state within the residential structure via reference to the position of the point of measurement and the elevation of the point of measurement; record a first time designation for the step of measuring the first state within the residential structure, and correlate the first state within the residential structure and the first time designation with attainment of the stated Objective.
22 . The system of claim 21 , wherein the global positioning system device is positioned within the residential structure.
23 . The system of claim 22 wherein the measure of a distance to the at least three of the positioning reference devices comprises relative signal strength received from wireless transmissions emanating from the at least three positioning reference devices.
24 . The system of claim 22 additionally wherein the measure of a distance to the at least three positioning reference devices comprises ascertaining a time of arrival of radio signals of wireless transmissions emanating from the at least three positioning reference devices.
25 . The system of claim 21 wherein the measure of a distance to the at least three positioning reference devices comprises calculating a difference in a time of arrival of radio signals of wireless transmissions emanating from the at least three reference positioning devices.
26 . The system of claim 25 additionally comprising record a second time designation for a measure of a second state within the residential.
27 . The system of claim 26 , wherein at least one of the first state and second state within the residential structure comprises a vibration measured with an accelerometer.
28 . The system of claim 26 wherein at least one of the first state and second state within the residential structure comprises a temperature measured with a sensor located within the structure.
29 . The system of claim 26 wherein at least one of the first state and second state within the residential structure comprises a measurement of electrical current supplied to equipment installed in the residential structure.
30 . The system of claim 26 wherein at least one of the first state and second state within the residential structure comprises a number of cycles of operation of equipment installed in the residential structure.
31 . The system of claim 26 wherein at least one of the first state and second state within the residential structure comprises a number of cycles of operation of an appliance installed in the residential structure.
32 . The system of claim 26 wherein at least one of the first state and second state within the residential structure comprises measurement of electrical current to an appliance installed in the residential structure.
33 . The system of claim 26 , wherein at least one of the first state and second state within the residential structure comprises a vibration associated with movement of an occupant of the residential structure.

The system of claim 33 , additionally comprising a sensor for recording a vibration pattern associated with movement of a specific person within the structure and a storage for storing a movement pattern of the specific person through the structure based upon the sensor for recording a vibration pattern measurements.
35 . The system of claim 33 , additionally comprising a sensor for recording a vibration pattern associated with a particular activity.
36 . The system of claim 26 wherein the state within the residential structure comprises a heat sensor scan of a portion of the residential structure.
37 . The system of claim 36 wherein the state within the heat sensor scan of the portion of the residential structure comprises an infrared scan.
38 . The system of claim 26 wherein the Objective comprises operating the residential structure for a term of years within a threshold use of energy.
39 . The system of claim 26 wherein the Objective comprises operating the residential structure for a term of years within a threshold number of repairs.
