Abstract

A system including a toilet seat, at least two or more bumpers, and two hinges. The toilet seat having an open front. Additionally, the toilet seat has a close front. The teachings herein further apply when the toilet seat is constructed from plastic, rubber, wood, composite, or from another material. The at least two or more bumpers are constructed in an inverted “U” shape with the sides protruding downward. The orientation or positioning of the at least two or more bumpers may be different in other applications.

What is claimed is:

         1 . A system comprising:
a toilet seat implement; a bumper gadget, in which said bumper gadget comprising at least two or more bumpers being disposed on a proximate underside of said toilet seat implement, wherein said at least two or more bumpers being operable to keep said toilet seat implement in place and from shifting side to side, and wherein said at least two or more bumpers being operable to prevent a connection of a back of said toilet seat implement from breaking; and a hinge mechanism, in which said hinge mechanism comprising at least two hinges, wherein said at least two hinges being operable to connect the back of said toilet seat implement to a toilet bowl.

2 . The system of claim 1 , in which said bumper gadget further comprising at least two or more inverted U shape bumpers being disposed on said proximate underside of said toilet seat implement.

3 . The system of claim 2 , in which each of said at least two or more inverted U shape bumpers comprising two sides pointing or protruding downward being operable to slide down an inside and outside vertical surface of the toilet bowl.

4 . The system of claim 3 , in which said toilet seat implement comprising at least an open front toilet seat.

5 . The system of claim 1 , in which said bumper gadget further comprising at least two or more inverted L shape bumpers being disposed on said proximate underside of said toilet seat implement.

6 . The system of claim 5 , in which each of said at least two or more inverted L shape bumpers comprising one side pointing or protruding downward being operable to slide on an inside vertical surface of the toilet bowl.

7 . The system of claim 3 , in which said toilet seat implement comprising at least a closed front toilet seat.

8 . The system of claim 7 , in which said toilet seat implement comprising at least one of, a plastic, a rubber, a wood, and a composite.

9 . The system of claim 4 , in which said bumper gadget comprising at least one of, a plastic, a rubber, a wood, and a composite.

         10 . A system comprising:
means for covering a top surface of a toilet bowl; means for preventing said covering means from shifting or moving from side to side; means for keeping said covering means in place; and means for preventing at least a connection of a proximate back of said covering means from breaking.

11 . The system of claim 2 , further comprising means for connecting the back of said toilet seat implement to a toilet bowl.

12 . The system of claim 2 , further comprising means for sliding down an inside and outside vertical surface of the toilet bowl.

13 . The system of claim 5 , further comprising means for sliding down an inside vertical surface of the toilet bowl.

         14 . A system comprising:
 a toilet seat implement;   a bumper gadget, in which said bumper gadget comprising at least two or more bumpers being disposed on a proximate underside of said toilet seat implement,   wherein said at least two or more bumpers being operable to keep said toilet seat implement in place and from shifting side to side, and   wherein said at least two or more bumpers being operable to prevent a connection of a back of said toilet seat implement from breaking,   in which said at least two or more bumpers further comprising at least two or more inverted U shape bumpers having two sides pointing or protruding downward, wherein said two sides pointing or protruding downward being operable to slide down an inside and outside vertical surface of the toilet bowl;   a hinge mechanism, in which said hinge mechanism comprising at least two hinges, wherein said at least two hinges being operable to connect the back of said toilet seat implement to a toilet bowl;

15 . The system of claim 14 , in which said toilet seat implement comprising at least one of, a closed front toilet seat and an open front toilet seat.
