Abstract
The present invention provides methods and compositions for screening, diagnosis and prognosis of HCC, glioblastoma and lung cancer, for monitoring the effectiveness of HCC, glioblastoma and lung cancer treatment, and for drug development.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 62 . (canceled)
63 . A method of treating hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) expressing at the cell surface an OGTA025 polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 or SEQ ID NO: 2 in a subject, said method comprising administering to a subject having said HCC an effective amount of a conjugated affinity reagent comprising an antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to said polypeptide, which is conjugated to a therapeutic moiety.
64 . The method according to claim 63 , wherein the antibody is a monoclonal antibody or a fragment of the monoclonal antibody.
65 . The method according to claim 63 , wherein the therapeutic moiety is a cytotoxic agent.
66 . The method according to claim 65 , wherein the cytotoxic agent is abrin, ricin A, pseudomonas exotoxin, or diphtheria toxin.
67 . The method according to claim 63 , wherein the conjugated affinity reagent is administered by hepatic artery infusion (HAI).Cited by (0)
