Method of using server, server reservation control apparatus and program storage medium
Abstract
In a content supply system, in order to use a streaming server to perform a live distribution, a user PC used makes a reservation for a time zone, etc. to a server reservation control center. When the user PC sends desired reservation information to the server reservation control center via the Internet, if the reservation is accepted, a reservation ID only used for authentication of the reservation is created and sent from the server reservation control center to the user PC via the Internet. When a distribution request is sent from the user PC to the streaming server, authentication processing using this reservation ID is performed.

2 . A server comprising:
circuitry configured to
receive, from a first user terminal, a user ID of a user for logging in,
receive, from the first user terminal, content data captured by the first user terminal and text description and a level of access control of the content data, the level of access control being detennined from two or more disclosure levels,
store, in a memory, the received content data and the text description and the level of access control of the content data,
determine whether to update content of a webpage based upon the received level of access control, the webpage being accessible by another user different from the user of the first terminal, and
update the content of the webpage by including at least a portion of the received content data and the text description and the level of access control of the content data based on determining to update the content of the webpage.
3 . The server of claim 2 , wherein updating the content of the webpage includes modifying the content by adding at least a portion of the received content data and the text description and the level of access control of the content data.
4 . The server of claim 2 , wherein the text description and the level of access control are simultaneously displayed at the first user terminal.
5 . The server of claim 2 , wherein
the webpage includes at least two webpages, and the circuitry is further configured to update the content of the two webpages by including at least a portion of the received content data and the text description and the level of access control of the content data based on determining to update the content of the webpage.
6 . The server of claim 2 , wherein
the two or more disclosure levels include a first disclosure level and a second disclosure level, and the circuitry is further configured to update the content of the webpage based on the first disclosure level being selected, and not update the content of the webpage based on the second disclosure level being selected.
7 . The server of claim 2 , wherein
the two or more disclosure levels include a first disclosure level and a second disclosure level, and the circuitry is further configured to allow public users to access the content data based on the first disclosure level being selected, and allow only one or more identified users to access the content data based on the second disclosure level being selected.
8 . The server of claim 7 , wherein the circuitry is further configured to notify the one or more identified users of the at least a portion of the received content data and the text description and the level of access control of the content data.
9 . The server of claim 6 , wherein the first disclosure level is a public disclosure level and the second disclosure level is a private disclosure level.
10 . A method comprising:
receiving, by a server from a first user terminal, a user ID of a user for logging in; receiving, by the server from the first user terminal, content data captured by the first user terminal and text description and a level of access control of the content data, the level of access control being detennined from two or more disclosure levels; storing, in a memory, the received content data and the text description and the level of access control of the content data; determining, by the server, whether to update content of a webpage based upon the received level of access control, the webpage being accessible by another user different from the user of the first terminal; and updating, by the server, the content of the webpage by including at least a portion of the received content data and the text description and the level of access control of the content data based on determining to update the content of the webpage.
11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the updating of the content of the webpage includes modifying the content by adding at least a portion of the received content data and the text description and the level of access control of the content data.
12 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the text description and the level of access control are simultaneously displayed at the first user terminal.
13 . The method of claim 10 , wherein
the webpage includes at least two webpages, and the updating includes updating the content of the two webpages by including at least a portion of the received content data and the text description and the level of access control of the content data based on determining to update the content of the webpage.
14 . The method of claim 10 , wherein
the two or more disclosure levels include a first disclosure level and a second disclosure level, and the updating includes updating the content of the webpage based on the first disclosure level being selected, and not updating the content of the webpage based on the second disclosure level being selected.
15 . The method of claim 10 , wherein
the two or more disclosure levels include a first disclosure level and a second disclosure level, and the method further comprises allowing public users to access the content data based on the first disclosure level being selected, and allowing only one or more identified users to access the content data based on the second disclosure level being selected.
16 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising notifying the one or more identified users of the at least a portion of the received content data and the text description and the level of access control of the content data.
17 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the first disclosure level is a public disclosure level and the second disclosure level is a private disclosure level.
18 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium including computer program instructions, wherein the instructions when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform a method, the method comprising:
receiving, from a first user terminal, a user ID of a user for logging in; receiving, from the first user terminal, content data captured by the first user terminal and text description and a level of access control of the content data, the level of access control being determined from two or more disclosure levels; storing, in a memory, the received content data and the text description and the level of access control of the content data; determining whether to update content of a webpage based upon the received level of access control, the webpage being accessible by another user different from the user of the first terminal; and updating the content of the webpage by including at least a portion of the received content data and the text description and the level of access control of the content data based on determining to update the content of the webpage.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
