Abstract
Method for positioning eyelashes during an application of make-up, comprising the steps of: a) applying, on the eyelashes using a brush without magnetic properties, a single mascara composition; and b) approaching a magnetic element ( 11, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114 ) to the eyelashes so as to drag them into the desired position; the mascara composition, during and following the approaching of the magnetic element, having an aspect which is visually indistinguishable from the composition applied on the eyelashes before the application of the magnetic element.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for positioning eyelashes during a make-up operation, comprising the steps of:
a) applying, on the eyelashes using a brush, a single mascara composition comprising a ferromagnetic colour pigment which constrains at least partially to the eyelashes; and b) approaching a magnetic element ( 11 , 110 , 111 , 112 ) to the eyelashes so as to drag them into the desired position;
the mascara composition, during and following the approaching of the magnetic element, having an aspect which is visually indistinguishable from the composition applied on the eyelashes before the application of the magnetic element.
2 . A method according to claim 1 , wherein the magnetic element ( 11 , 110 , 111 , 112 ) is rested on the eyelashes on which the mascara composition ( 5 ) is distributed, so that the eyelashes curve against the surface of the magnetic element due to the effect of the magnetic force exerted by the magnetic element at least on the ferromagnetic pigment of the mascara composition constrained to the eyelashes.
3 . A mascara application kit comprising:
a. a mascara brush ( 6 ), without magnetic properties; b. an elongated element ( 10 ) provided, at least at one free end thereof, with a magnetic element ( 11 , 110 , 111 , 112 , 113 , 114 ); c. a single mascara composition ( 5 ) comprising a ferromagnetic colour pigment which, following the approaching of the magnetic element, has an aspect which is visually indistinguishable from the composition before the approaching of the magnetic element.
4 . A method according to claim 1 , wherein the magnetic element ( 11 , 110 , 111 , 112 ) has a cylindrical shape ( 110 , 112 ) or frustoconical shape ( 111 ) or ellipsoid shape ( 113 ) or half-moon shape ( 114 ) with a diametrically oriented North-South axis, or wherein the magnetic element has spherical shape ( 11 ) and a diametrically oriented North-South axis.
5 . A method according to claim 1 , wherein the brush ( 6 ) and the elongated element ( 10 ) are mounted coaxial and opposed on a same gripping element ( 9 ) which serves at the same time as cap for a first container ( 2 ) containing the mascara composition ( 5 ) and as cap for a second container intended to house the elongated element ( 10 ).
6 . A method according to claim 1 , wherein there are provided several magnetic elements with different shape, which can be associated one by one with an end portion of the elongated element ( 10 ) made of ferromagnetic material ( 10 B).
7 . A method according to claim 1 , wherein the mascara composition ( 5 ) comprises at least:
a water-based polar solvent in a percentage between 30 and 80%, preferentially between 40% and 65%, even more preferentially between 50% and 60%; a hygroscopic agent present between 0.5% and 25%, preferentially between 0.5% and 15%, even more preferentially about 5%; a rheological agent in a percentage of use between 0.1% and 25%, preferentially between 0.5% and 10%, even more preferentially about 2%; a filmogen polymer in a percentage between 0.5% and 25%, preferably between 2% and 20%; the ferromagnetic colour pigment in percentage ranging between 5% and 45%, preferably between 10% and 35%, even more preferably about 25%; a preservative.
8 . A method according to claim 1 , wherein the composition comprises further colour pigments in a percentage such as to give the composition a colour other than black.
9 . A method according to the claim 8 , wherein such further pigments are present in a percentage less than 30% with respect to the total percentage of the black ferromagnetic pigment.
10 . A method according to claim 7 , wherein the ferromagnetic pigment is black ferrous-ferric oxide and/or wherein the hydrophilic filmogen is Polyvinyl Alcohol.Cited by (0)
