155 . The method of claim 150 , further comprising:
receiving via a network a location of a mobile computer system from the mobile computer system, the location of the mobile computer system determined by a location detection unit configured to determine the location of the mobile computer system; and determining an additional user-defined location based on a location of a mobile computer system.

156 . The method of claim 150 , wherein the plurality of weather conditions include current weather conditions, historical weather conditions, or forecasted weather conditions.

157 . The method of claim 150 , further comprising:
receiving updated weather data; and updating the at least one user-specified weather condition output to the user based on the updated weather data.

158 . The method of claim 157 , wherein the receiving updated weather data comprises automatically and repeatedly updating the at least one user-specified weather condition output to the user.

159 . The method of claim 150 , further comprising:
receiving a user-specified time frame from the user via the graphical user interface; and outputting the at least one user-specified weather condition associated in the user-specified location over the user-specified time frame to the user via at least one module on the user-configured page of the graphical user interface.

160 . The method of claim 160 , wherein the plurality of modules include at least one module being preconfigured to output the at least one weather condition over the user-specified time frame; and
the graphical user interface receives the user-specified time frame from the user by providing functionality for the user to add the at least one module that is preconfigured to output the at least one weather condition over the user-specified time frame to the user-configured page of the graphical user interface.

161 . The method of claim 150 , wherein the plurality of modules include a first module preconfigured to output a first user-specified weather condition and a second module preconfigured to output a second user-specified weather condition, the method further comprising:
providing functionality for the user to add the first module and the second module to the user-configured page of the graphical user interface; and outputting the first user-specified weather condition in the user-specified location via the first module and the second user-specified weather condition in the user-specified location via the second module.

162 . The method of claim 161 , further comprising:
