Abstract

A slide element for a wedge drive, with a slide element receptacle and a drive element between which the slide element is to be placed. In order to achieve a high wear resistance and a simple design, it is proposed for the slide element to have a head rail, which is detachably fastened to the slide element and, as part of the dovetail-shaped side of the slide element, forms the second sliding surfaces on the dovetail-shaped section, by means of which forces are transmitted during the return stroke during which the slide element receptacle is moved away from the drive element.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A slide element for a wedge drive with a slide element receptacle and a drive element between which the slide element is to be placed; the slide element comprising:
 a dovetail-shaped side, which has a dovetail-shaped section with a plurality of sliding surfaces and is embodied to engage in a correspondingly dovetail-shaped receptacle of the slide element receptacle; a first plurality of the sliding surfaces on the slide element, by means of which forces are transmitted during a working stroke during which the slide element is moved outward between the drive element and the slide element receptacle, are arranged at an angle to each other, in a roof shape relative to each other, and have sliding plates; and the first plurality of sliding surfaces on the slide element, by means of which forces are transmitted during the working stroke, are larger than a second plurality of the sliding surfaces on the slide element, by means of which forces are transmitted during the return stroke during which the slide element receptacles is moved away from the drive element, wherein the slide element has a head rail, which is detachably fastened to the slide element and, as part of the dovetail-shaped side of the slide element, forms the second plurality of sliding surfaces on the dovetail-shaped section, by means of which forces are transmitted during the return stroke during which the slide element receptacle is moved away from the drive element.

         2 . The slide element according to claim 1 , wherein the head rail is fastened with a rail foot in an at least form-fitting fashion in a T-shaped groove in the slide element.

         3 . The slide element according to claim 1 , wherein the sliding plates are detachably fastened to the slide element.

         4 . A wedge drive with a slide element receptacle, a movable slide element according to  claim 1 , and a drive element;
 wherein sliding surfaces are provided between the slide element and the drive element; between the slide element and the slide element receptacle, a dovetail-shape guide device is provided with sliding surfaces on the slide element and sliding surfaces on the slide element receptacle; the dovetail-shaped section of the slide element engages in a correspondingly dovetail-shaped receptacle of the slide element receptacle; and on the sliding surfaces of the guide device on the slide element receptacle, respective sliding plates are arranged symmetrically and embodied in an L shape with the narrow side facing inward, forming the dovetail shape.
