Abstract
There is provided an antiviral vinyl-chloride-based resin composition including: 100 parts by weight of a poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin obtained by mixing 10-90 parts by weight of a vinyl-chloride-based resin for paste with 90-10 parts by weight of a suspension vinyl-chloride-based resin; and 0.5-10.0 parts by weight of a sulfonic-acid-based surfactant.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An antiviral interior decorative sheet constituted by a poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin, the interior decorative sheet comprising:
a base layer; and an antiviral poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin layer formed by applying to the base layer an antiviral poly(vinyl chloride)-based sol composition containing 100 parts by weight of a poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin for paste, 0.1-7.5 parts by weight of a sulfonic-acid-based surfactant, and 10-100 parts by weight of a plasticizer, wherein the sulfonic-acid-based surfactant is added during a production of the poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin for paste.
2 . The antiviral interior decorative sheet constituted by a poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin according to claim 1 ,
wherein the plasticizer is contained in an amount of 20-70 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin for paste.
3 . An interior decorative sheet comprising a surface layer,
wherein the surface layer is constituted by a poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin composition containing 100 parts by weight of a poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin, 0.1-10.0 parts by weight of a sulfonic-acid-based surfactant, 10-50 parts by weight of a plasticizer, and 1-20 parts by weight of a silicone-based copolymer.
4 . The poly(vinyl chloride)-based interior decorative sheet according to claim 3 ,
wherein the poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin in the surface layer contains 100-1 part by weight of a vinyl-chloride-based resin for paste and 0-99 parts by weight of a suspension vinyl-chloride-based resin, and the vinyl-chloride-based resin for paste contains the sulfonic-acid-based surfactant.
5 . The poly(vinyl chloride)-based interior decorative sheet according to claim 3 ,
wherein the resin composition constituting the surface layer further contains 1-50 parts by weight of a filler.
6 . An antiviral wallpaper comprising:
a resin layer containing a resinous ingredient containing a vinyl chloride resin for paste into which a sulfonic-acid-based surfactant is incorporated beforehand in an amount of 1.2% by weight or larger based on the resinous ingredient; and a base layer.
7 . The antiviral wallpaper according to claim 6 ,
wherein the resinous ingredient contains the vinyl chloride resin for paste and another vinyl chloride resin, and the resinous ingredient further contains the sulfonic-acid-based surfactant in an amount of 1.2% by weight or larger based on the resinous ingredient.
8 . The antiviral wallpaper according to claim 6 ,
wherein the resin layer contains a foaming agent in an amount of 0.01-5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the resinous ingredient.
9 . The antiviral wallpaper according to claim 6 ,
wherein the resin layer contains substantially no foaming agent.
10 . The antiviral wallpaper according to claim 6 ,
wherein the sulfonic-acid-based surfactant is an alkylbenzenesulfonic-acid-based compound.
11 . The antiviral wallpaper according to claim 6 , comprising a topcoat layer on a surface of the resin layer, which is at a side opposite to the base layer,
wherein the antiviral wallpaper is in a fourth or higher grade in a test according to a regulation for performance of surface-reinforced wallpapers.
12 . A process for producing an antiviral wallpaper by superposing a resin layer containing a vinyl chloride resin for paste as a resinous ingredient and a base layer, the process comprising:
a step in which the vinyl chloride resin for paste into which a sulfonic-acid-based surfactant is incorporated beforehand in an amount of 1.2% by weight or larger based on the resinous ingredient is used to obtain a vinyl chloride resin paste sol; and a step in which the vinyl chloride resin paste sol is applied to the base layer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
