Swinging tree
Abstract
A swinging tree is provided with a base portion and a tree portion. The base portion has a rotation driver. The tree portion has a twisted trunk, a plurality of branches, and a plurality of leaves. The twisted trunk is connected to the rotation driver and includes a twisted pole, a plurality of sleeves, and a plurality of first seats. The sleeves and the first seats are sleeved on the twisted pole, and the branches are securely mounted on the first seat. Thus, when the rotation driver of the base portion rotates the twisted pole of the tree portion, the first seats sleeved on the twisted pole keep changing tilting directions, which causes the branches mounted on the first seats to keep swinging.
Claims

a plurality of branches securely mounted on the first seat of the twisted trunk; and
a plurality of leaves securely mounted on each one of the branches.
2 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the twisted pole forms:
a plurality of straight segments sleeved by the sleeves; and a plurality of bending segments, each one of the bending segments connecting two of the straight segments and sleeved by the first seats.
3 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each one of the first seats comprises:
a plurality of upper fixing portions securely mounted around an upper end of the first seat; and a plurality of lower fixing portions securely mounted around a lower end of the first seat; wherein the branches are securely mounted on the upper fixing portions and the lower fixing portions.
4 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 3 , wherein each one of the sleeves comprises:
a plurality of recesses formed on an upper edge and a lower edge of each one of the sleeves, the upper fixing portions and the lower fixing portions of the first seats accommodated in the recesses.
5 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the upper fixing portions and the lower fixing portions are staggered with each other in a longitudinal direction of the first seats.
6 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 3 , wherein each one of the upper fixing portions comprises:
two holding sheets parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other; the branches securely mounted between the two holding sheets; and a connecting sheet securely mounted on the upper end of the first seat and connecting the two holding sheets of the upper fixing portion.
7 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 6 , wherein:
each one of the holding sheets of each one of the upper fixing portions of the first seat forms:
a through hole; and
each one of the branches comprises:
a round hook formed at an end of the branch; and
a fixing component mounted through the round hook and the through holes of one of the upper fixing portions of the first seat.
8 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 3 , wherein each one of the lower fixing portions of each one of the first seats comprises:
two holding sheets parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other; the branches securely mounted between the two holding sheets; and a connecting sheet securely mounted on the lower end of the first seat and connecting the two holding sheets of the lower fixing portion.
9 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 7 , wherein:
each one of the holding sheets of each one of the lower fixing portions of the first seat forms:
a through hole; and
each one of the branches comprises:
a round hook formed at an end of the branch; and
a fixing component mounted through the round hook and the through holes of one of the lower fixing portions of the first seat.
10 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the twisted trunk further comprises:
a second seat sleeved on the twisted pole and placed on one of the sleeves that is located highest; the branches securely mounted around the second seat.
11 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 10 , wherein the second seat comprises:
a plurality of lower fixing portions securely mounted around the second seat; the branches securely mounted on the lower fixing portions of the second seat.
12 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 11 , wherein each one of the lower fixing portions of the second seat comprises:
two holding sheets parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other; the branches securely mounted between the two holding sheets of the second seat; and a connecting sheet securely mounted on the second seat and connecting the two holding sheets of the second seat.
13 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 12 , wherein:
each one of the holding sheets of each one of the lower fixing portions of the second seat forms:
a through hole; and
each one of the branches comprises:
a round hook formed at an end of the branch; and
a fixing component mounted through the round hook and the through holes of one of the lower fixing portions of the second seat.
14 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the base portion further comprises:
a third seat securely mounted on a top of the base portion and located beneath one of the sleeves that is located lowest; the branches securely mounted around the third seat.
15 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 14 , wherein the third seat comprises:
a plurality of lower fixing portions securely mounted around the third seat; the branches securely mounted on the lower fixing portions of the third seat.
16 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 15 , wherein each one of the lower fixing portions of the third seat comprises:
two holding sheets parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other; the branches securely mounted between the two holding sheets of the third seat; and a connecting sheet securely mounted on the third seat and connecting the two holding sheets of the third seat.
17 . The swinging tree as claimed in claim 16 , wherein:
