Widthwise sides of the respective tape-shaped members are connected to an upper side portion, an upper inner portion, a lower side portion, and a lower inner portion of the cup part ( 20 ), and a side of each of the tape-shaped members opposite to the side connected to the cup part ( 20 ) is connected to either the front part ( 2 ) or the band-shaped part ( 4 ). A center area of lengthwise sides of each of the tape-shaped members is separable from the front part ( 2 ).
