Abstract

A porous membrane is provided including a compound having a hydrophobic group and a nonionic hydrophilic group, an inorganic powder, and a binder resin.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
.- 11 . (canceled)

. A porous membrane comprising a compound having a hydrophobic group and a nonionic hydrophilic group, an inorganic powder, and a binder resin, wherein a content of the inorganic powder is at least 50% by mass and 99% by mass or less based on 100% by mass of the porous membrane, and wherein the porous membrane has a mass per unit area of 4 g/m 2 to 20 g/m 2 .

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the compound having a hydrophobic group and a nonionic hydrophilic group is a nonionic surfactant.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the inorganic powder is a metal oxide, a meal hydroxide, or a metal carbonate.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the nonionic hydrophilic group has a polyoxyethylene structure.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the binder resin is a water-soluble resin.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the binder resin is a cellulose ether.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the hydrophobic group is a hydrocarbon group.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein a content of the compound having a hydropobic group and a nonionic hydrophilic group in the porous membrane is 0.05 to 10 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the inorganic powder.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein a thickness of the porous membrane is 0.1 μm to 20 μm.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the porous membrane has a porosity of 20% by volume to 80% by volume.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the porous membrane has an air permeability of 30 sec/100 cc to 1000 sec/100 cc.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the porous membrane has a moisture content of less than 0.15% by mass.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the hydrophobic group contains a fluorocarbon group.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the hydrophobic group contains silicon.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the binder resin is a fluorine-containing resin or fluorine-containing rubber.

. The porous membrane according to claim 12 , wherein the porous membrane contains pores having pore diameter of 3 μm or less.
