Claims

Abstract

An application of distilled water, a generation system and a facility utilizing distilled water as ballast water of a vessel, a vessel including the generation system and an operation method thereof are disclosed. The vessel includes a ship body and a generation system which includes a pumping device, a distilled water generator and a ballast water tank. The operation method includes pumping water by the pumping device from a sailing area of the vessel; distillation of the water pumped by the pumping device with the distilled water generator to form distilled water, and supplying the distilled water to the ballast water tank as the ballast water so as to adjust a draft and stability of the ship body. The facility includes a distilled water storage device adapted to store distilled water which could be applied to a ballast water tank of a vessel as ballast water.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A generation system which utilizes distilled water as ballast water of a vessel, and is adapted to be disposed on a ship body of the vessel, comprising:
 a pumping device, adapted to pump water from a sailing area of the vessel;   a distilled water generator, connected with the pumping device, and adapted to receive the water pumped by the pumping device and distill the water to form distilled water; and   a ballast water tank, connected with the distilled water generator, and adapted to receive the distilled water as the ballast water to adjust a draft and stability of the ship body.   
     
     
         2 . The generation system of  claim 1 , further comprising a cooling device connected with the pumping device and the distilled water generator, wherein the cooling device is connected to a power system of the ship body and adapted to cool down the power system by utilizing the water pumped by the pumping device and convey the water heated up by the cooling process to the distilled water generator. 
     
     
         3 . The generation system of  claim 1 , further comprising a regulating device connected between the distilled water generator and the ballast water tank, wherein the regulating device is adapted to control a quantity of the distilled water supplied from the distilled water generator to the ballast water tank to be not greater than a quantity of a fuel consumption of the vessel during a time period. 
     
     
         4 . The generation system of  claim 3 , wherein a ratio of the quantity of the distilled water supplied from the distilled water generator to the ballast water tank and the quantity of the fuel consumption of the vessel during the time period is between ⅓ and 1. 
     
     
         5 . The generation system of  claim 1 , further comprising a condensation device connected with the ballast water tank, wherein the condensation device is adapted to collect moisture from air to form condensed water, and convey the condensed water to the ballast water tank. 
     
     
         6 . A vessel, comprising:
 a ship body; and   a ballast water tank, disposed in the ship body, being adapted to receive distilled water as ballast water to adjust a draft and stability of the ship body.   
     
     
         7 . The vessel of  claim 6 , further comprising:
 a pumping device disposed in the ship body and adapted to pump water from a sailing area of the vessel; and   a distilled water generator, disposed in the ship body and connected with the pumping device, being adapted to receive the water pumped by the pumping device and distill the water to form distilled water.   
     
     
         8 . The vessel of  claim 7 , further comprising a cooling device connected with the pumping device and the distilled water generator, wherein the cooling device is connected to a power system of the ship body and to cool down the power system by utilizing the water pumped by the pumping device, and convey the water heated up by the cooling process to the distilled water generator. 
     
     
         9 . The vessel of  claim 7 , further comprising a regulating device connected between the distilled water generator and the ballast water tank, wherein the regulating device is adapted to control a quantity of the distilled water supplied from the distilled water generator to the ballast water tank to be not greater than a quantity of a fuel consumption of the vessel in a time period. 
     
     
         10 . The vessel of  claim 9 , wherein a ratio of the quantity of the distilled water supplied from the distilled water generator to the ballast water tank and the quantity of the fuel consumption of the vessel during the time period is between ⅓ and 1. 
     
     
         11 . The vessel of  claim 7 , further comprising a condensation device connected with the ballast water tank, wherein the condensation device is adapted to collect and condense moisture from air to form condensed water, and to convey the condensed water to the ballast water tank. 
     
     
         12 . An operation method for a vessel including a generation system which utilizes distilled water as ballast water of the vessel, wherein the vessel includes a ship body and the generation system disposed on the ship body; the generation system includes a pumping device, a distilled water generator and a ballast water tank, the operation method comprising:
 pumping water by the pumping device from a sailing area of the vessel;   distillation of the water pumped by the pumping device with the distilled water generator to form distilled water; and   supplying the distilled water formed by the distilled water generator into the ballast water tank as the ballast water to adjust a draft and stability of the ship body.   
     
     
         13 . The operation method of  claim 12 , wherein the steps of pumping the water by the pumping device and distillation of the water comprise conveying the water pumped by the pumping device to a cooling device, cooling down a power system of the ship body by utilizing the water, and then conveying the water heated up by the cooling process to the distilled water generator. 
     
     
         14 . The operation method of  claim 12 , wherein the step of distillation of the water comprises vacuuming the distilled water generator to obtain a low pressure therein so as to lower a boiling point of the water. 
     
     
         15 . The operation method of  claim 12 , wherein the step of supplying the distilled water formed by the distilled water generator into the ballast water tank comprises regulating a quantity of the distilled water supplied from the distilled water generator to the ballast water tank according to a quantity of a fuel consumption of the vessel. 
     
     
         16 . The operation method of  claim 15 , further comprising a step of regulating the quantity of the distilled water supplied from the distilled water generator to the ballast water tank to be not greater than a quantity of the fuel consumption of the vessel in a time period. 
     
     
         17 . The operation method of  claim 16 , wherein a ratio of the quantity of the distilled water supplied from the distilled water generator to the ballast water tank and the quantity of the fuel consumption of the vessel during the time period is between ⅓ and 1. 
     
     
         18 . An application of distilled water, comprises utilizing the distilled water as ballast water of a ballast water tank of a vessel to adjust a draft and stability of the vessel. 
     
     
         19 . A facility of providing distilled water to a vessel as ballast water, comprising:
 a distilled water storage device, adapted to store distilled water to be supplied to a ballast water tank of a vessel as ballast water so as to adjust a draft and stability of the vessel.   
     
     
         20 . The facility of  claim 19 , further comprising a distilled water generator adapted to receive water to proceed evaporation process to generate distilled water which is to be stored in distilled water storage device. 
     
     
         21 . The facility of  claim 20 , further comprising a pumping device which is connected to the distilled water generator, and is adapted to pump water from a water area and to transport the distilled water to the distilled water generator. 
     
     
         22 . The facility of  claim 21 , further comprising a distilled water pipeline system which communicates the distilled water generator and the ballast water tank, and is adapted to transport the distilled water stored in the distilled water storage device to the ballast water tank or to transport the distilled water from the ballast water tank to the distilled water storage device.
