6 . The medical garment as recited in claim 1 , wherein the top portion is further bifurcated below a breast portion of the front portion of the top portion, forming a third top bifurcation.

7 . The medical garment as recited in claim 6 , wherein the third top bifurcation is approximately perpendicular to the first top bifurcation.

8 . The medical garment as recited in claim 6 , further comprising:
at least one fastener coupled to ends of the third top bifurcation, wherein the at least one fastener is configured to couple one end of the third top bifurcation to a receiving end of the third top bifurcation.

9 . A medical garment to be worn on an upper portion of a patient, comprising:
a front portion; a back portion; a neck portion; and two sleeve portions,
wherein the front portion is bifurcated from the neck portion to a bottom of the front portion, forming a first bifurcation, and
wherein each of the two sleeve portions are bifurcated from the neck portion to a sleeve portion opening, forming two second bifurcations.

10 . The medical garment as recited in claim 9 , further comprising:
at least one fastener coupled to ends of the first bifurcation and two second bifurcations, wherein, for each bifurcation, the at least one fastener is configured to couple one end to a receiving end.
