Abstract
A display device including a touch panel arranged on a display panel, the touch panel including at least one phase retardation layer, a polarization plate arranged on the at least one phase retardation layer, a touch sensing structure including at least one sensing pattern arranged directly on at least one of at least one face of the phase retardation layer and at least one face of the polarization plate, an adhesion layer arranged on the polarization plate and a window arranged on the adhesion layer.

1 . A display device with a flexible touch screen panel, comprising:
a resin substrate; a buffer layer on the resin substrate; an active area on the buffer layer; a gate insulation layer on the active area; a gate electrode on the gate insulation layer; a drain electrode connecting the active area; an insulation layer on the drain electrode; a second electrode on the insulation layer connecting the drain electrode; a light emitting structure on the second electrode; a pixel defining layer on the insulation layer; a first electrode on the light emitting structure; a second film on the first electrode; first sensing patterns on the second film; a third film on the first sensing patterns; second sensing patterns on the third film; a λ/4 phase retardation layer or a λ/2 phase retardation layer on the second sensing patterns; a polarization layer on the λ/4 phase retardation layer or the λ/2 phase retardation layer; an adhesive layer on the polarization layer; and a window on the adhesive layer, wherein the light emitting structure is disposed between portions of the pixel defining layer, wherein the first sensing patterns are arranged to a first direction, and wherein the second sensing patterns are arranged to a second direction.
2 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the resin substrate comprises polyimide-based resin, acryl-based resin, polyacrylate-based resin, polycarbonate-based resin, polyether-based resin, sulfonic acid containing resin, or polyethyleneterephthalate-based resin.
3 . A display device with a flexible touch screen panel, comprising:
a resin substrate; a buffer layer on the resin substrate; an active area on the buffer layer; a gate insulation layer on the active area; a gate electrode on the gate insulation layer; a drain electrode connecting the active area; an insulation layer on the drain electrode; a second electrode on the insulation layer connecting the drain electrode; a light emitting structure on the second electrode; a pixel defining layer on the insulation layer; a first electrode on the light emitting structure; a second film on the first electrode; first sensing patterns on the second film; a third film on the first sensing patterns; second sensing patterns on the third film; a λ/4 phase retardation layer or a λ/2 phase retardation layer on the second sensing patterns; a polarization layer on the λ/4 phase retardation layer or the λ/2 phase retardation layer; an adhesive layer on the polarization layer; and a window on the adhesive layer, wherein the light emitting structure is disposed between portions of the pixel defining layer, wherein the first sensing patterns are arranged to a first direction, wherein the second sensing patterns are arranged to a second direction, wherein the first sensing patterns comprise first sensing cells and first connecting portions, wherein the second sensing patterns comprise second sensing cells and second connecting portions, and wherein the second sensing patterns do not substantially overlap the first sensing patterns in a plan view.
4 . The display device of claim 3 , wherein the resin substrate comprises polyimide-based resin, acryl-based resin, polyacrylate-based resin, polycarbonate-based resin, polyether-based resin, sulfonic acid containing resin, or polyethyleneterephthalate-based resin.
5 . A display device with a flexible touch screen panel, comprising:
a resin substrate; a buffer layer on the resin substrate; an active area on the buffer layer; a gate insulation layer on the active area; a gate electrode on the gate insulation layer; a drain electrode connecting the active area; an insulation layer on the drain electrode; a second electrode on the insulation layer connecting the drain electrode; a light emitting structure on the second electrode; a pixel defining layer on the insulation layer; a first electrode on the light emitting structure; a second film on the first electrode; sensing patterns on the second film; a λ/4 phase retardation layer or a λ/2 phase retardation layer on the sensing patterns; a polarization layer on the λ/4 phase retardation layer or the λ/2 phase retardation layer; an adhesive layer on the polarization layer; and a window on the adhesive layer, wherein the light emitting structure is disposed between portions of pixel defining layer.
6 . The display device of claim 5 , wherein the resin substrate comprises polyimide-based resin, acryl-based resin, polyacrylate-based resin, polycarbonate-based resin, polyether-based resin, sulfonic acid containing resin, or polyethyleneterephthalate-based resin.
7 . A display device with a flexible touch screen panel, comprising:
a resin substrate; a buffer layer on the resin substrate; an active area on the buffer layer; a gate insulation layer on the active area; a gate electrode on the gate insulation layer; a drain electrode connecting the active area; an insulation layer on the drain electrode; a second electrode on the insulation layer connecting the drain electrode; a light emitting structure on the second electrode; a pixel defining layer on the insulation layer; a first electrode on the light emitting structure; a second film on the first electrode; sensing patterns on the second film; a λ/4 phase retardation layer or a λ/2 phase retardation layer on the sensing patterns; a polarization layer on the λ/4 phase retardation layer or the λ/2 phase retardation layer; an adhesive layer on the polarization layer; and a window on the adhesive layer, wherein the light emitting structure is disposed between portions of the pixel defining layer, and wherein the sensing patterns comprise sensing cells and connecting portions.
