Facilitating monitoring of users
Abstract
A computer-implemented method for facilitating monitoring of a first user of a plurality of users is provided. The method involves causing at least one processor to receive a first user device identifier for identifying a first user device associated with the first user and first user registration information associated with the first user, causing the at least one processor to store in memory the first user device identifier and first user information including the first user registration information, causing the at least one processor to receive a first information request including the first user device identifier, and causing the at least one processor to produce signals representing the first user information for causing at least one display to display the first user information to be displayed in association with a representation of a location of the first user. Apparatuses, systems and computer-readable media are also provided.

56 . A computer-implemented method comprising:
receiving, with at least one processor, from one or more input devices, an identifier and associated facial data for each person of a plurality of persons associated with an event; receiving, with the at least one processor, an information request associated with a person of interest selected from the plurality of persons; comparing, with the at least one processor, the associated facial data for the person of interest with facial data from a person of interest database, using biometrics to determine a match based on a threshold level of certainty; determining, with the at least one processor, a last known location of the person of interest based on the identifier for the person of interest and location information from one or more location identification devices associated with the event; and displaying, with the at least one processor, a video feed associated with the last known location.
57 . The method of claim 56 , comprising:
storing, with the at least one processor, the identifier and the associated facial data for each person of the plurality of persons in a memory; and accessing, with the at least one processor, the person of interest database over a network; and storing, with the at least one processor, at least the facial data from the person of interest database in the memory.
58 . The method of claim 56 , comprising:
displaying, with the at least one processor, a map representation of the event comprising an icon indicating the last known location of the person of interest.
59 . The method of claim 58 , comprising:
displaying, with the at least one processor, upon selection of the icon, at least one of:
a representation of the associated facial data for the person of interest;
a representation of the facial data from the person of interest database that was matched with the associated facial data for the person of interest;
the threshold level of certainty; and
a video icon selectable to cause the display of the video feed.
60 . The method of claim 56 , comprising:
selecting, with the at least processor, the video feed from one or more video feeds associated with the one or more location identification devices.
61 . The method of claim 56 , comprising:
receiving, with the one or more location identification devices, radio frequency signals associated with the identifier for the person of interest; and generating, with the one or more location identification devices, the location information based on the radio frequency signals.
62 . The method of claim 56 , comprising:
selecting, with the at least one processor, the person of interest from the plurality of persons based on the identifiers or additional information associated with each identifier.
63 . A system comprising at least one processor configured to:
receive, from one or more input devices, an identifier and associated facial data for each person of a plurality of persons associated with an event; receive an information request associated with a person of interest selected from the plurality of persons; compare the associated facial data for the person of interest with facial data from a person of interest database, using biometrics to determine a match based on a threshold level of certainty; determine a last known location of the person of interest based on the identifier for the person of interest and location information from one or more location identification devices associated with the event; and display a video feed associated with the last known location.
64 . The system of claim 63 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
store the identifier and the associated facial data for each person in a memory; access the person of interest database over a network; and store at least the facial data from the person of interest database in the memory.
65 . The system of claim 63 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
display a map representation of the event comprising an icon indicating the last known location of the person of interest.
66 . The system of claim 65 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
display, upon selection of the icon, at least one of:
a representation of the associated facial data for the person of interest;
a representation of the facial data from the person of interest database that was matched with the associated facial data for the person of interest;
the threshold level of certainty; and
a video icon selectable to cause the display of the video feed.
67 . The system of claim 63 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
select the video feed from one or more video feeds associated with the one or more location identification devices.
68 . The system of claim 63 , wherein the one or more location identification devices are configured to:
receive radio frequency signals associated with the identifier for the person of interest; and generate the location information based on the radio frequency signals.
69 . The system of claim 63 , wherein the one or more input devices comprise at least one of a camera, a scanner, and a server.
70 . The system of claim 63 , wherein the one or more location identification devices are located in different areas associated with the event.
71 . A non-transitory computer readable medium having stored thereon codes that when executed by at least one processor cause the at least one processor to:
receive, from one or more input devices, an identifier and associated facial data for each person of a plurality of persons associated with an event; receive an information request associated with a person of interest selected from the plurality of persons; compare the associated facial data for the person of interest with facial data from a person of interest database, using biometrics to determine a match based on a threshold level of certainty; determine a last known location of the person of interest based on the identifier for the person of interest and location information from one or more location identification devices associated with the event; and display a video feed associated with the last known location.
72 . The medium of claim 71 , wherein the codes cause the at least on processor to:
store the identifier and the associated facial data for each person in a memory; access the person of interest database from over a network; and store at least the facial data from the person of interest database in the memory.
73 . The medium of claim 71 , wherein the codes cause the at least on processor to display a map representation of the event comprising an icon indicating the last known location of the person of interest.
74 . The medium of claim 73 , wherein the codes cause the at least one processor to display, upon selection of the icon, at least one of:
a representation of the associated facial data for the person of interest; a representation of the facial data from the person of interest database that was matched with the associated facial data for the person of interest; the threshold level of certainty; and a video icon selectable to cause the display of the video feed.
75 . The medium of claim 71 , wherein:
the one or more location identification devices are located in different areas associated with the event; and the codes cause the at least one processor to select the video feed from one or more video feeds associated with each different area.Cited by (0)
