2 . The stand-holder of claim 1 , wherein the other end of the coupling portion and the holding portion are coupled to each other, such that, when a finger is inserted between the support portion and the holding portion in the unfolded state, the one end of the holding portion in contact with the rear surface of the portable terminal presses the finger toward the rear surface in contact with the portable terminal.

3 . The stand-holder of claim 2 , wherein the support portion has a solid shape having a bottom surface to be coupled to an upper surface of the portable terminal, and an upper surface having a stop projection formed thereon, and
wherein, when a user presses the coupling portion toward the rear surface, the coupling portion is rotated until the coupling portion is stopped by the stop projection, and when the coupling portion is stopped by the stop projection, the coupling portion is not rotated anymore.

4 . The stand-holder of claim 2 , wherein the support portion comprises a support member and a housing coupled to the support member,
wherein the support member has a solid shape having an upper surface and a lower surface, wherein the support member has a receiving recess and a penetrating hole formed on the upper surface thereof, the receiving recess receiving the coupling member, the penetrating hole allow the coupling portion to penetrate therethrough, the coupling portion being received in the receiving recess in the folded state, and wherein the housing is coupled to the lower surface of the support member.

5 . The stand-holder of claim 4 , wherein a seating recess is additionally formed on the upper surface of the support member to support a finger.

6 . The stand-holder of claim 2 , wherein the coupling portion comprises a coupling member and a first pivoting module,
wherein the first pivoting module comprises: a first pivoting member; a first body formed in a cylindrical shape and having a penetrating hole formed therein to allow the first pivoting member to be inserted thereinto, and a first torsion spring having both ends, wherein the housing has a first pivoting module receiving portion formed thereon to rotatably receive the first pivoting module, and wherein the first body is rotatably received in the first pivoting module receiving portion, one end of the first torsion spring is coupled to the housing and the other end of the first torsion spring is coupled to one end of the first body, and the first body is rotated to allow the coupling member to incline toward the rear surface in contact with the portable terminal unless an external force is applied to the coupling portion.

7 . The stand-holder of claim 6 , wherein hemispherical structures separated from each other are formed on one end of the first body, and the hemispherical structures provide a space to receive the first torsion spring, and are positioned to face each other to restrict a movement of the first torsion spring within a predetermined range.

8 . The stand-holder of claim 7 , wherein, even when the first pivoting module is rotated, the first body and the coupling member maintain a constant angle therebetween.

9 . The stand-holder of claim 2 , wherein the coupling portion comprises a coupling member and a second pivoting module,
wherein the second pivoting module comprises: a second pivoting member, a second body formed in a cylindrical shape and having a penetrating hole formed therein to allow the second pivoting member to be inserted thereinto, and a second torsion spring having both ends, wherein the holding portion has a second pivoting module receiving portion formed thereon to rotatably receive the second pivoting module, and wherein the second body is rotatably received in the second pivoting module receiving portion, and one end of the second torsion spring is coupled to the holding portion and the other end of the second torsion spring is coupled to one end of the second body, and the coupling portion is rotated to come into contact with the rear surface in contact with the portable terminal unless an external force is applied to the coupling portion.

10 . The stand-holder of claim 9 , wherein hemispherical structures separated from each other are formed on one end of the second body, and the hemispherical structure provide a space to receive the second torsion spring, and are positioned to face each other to restrict a movement of the second torsion spring within a predetermined range.

11 . The stand-holder of claim 10 , wherein, even when the holding portion is rotated, the second body and the coupling member maintain a constant angle therebetween.

12 . The stand-holder of claim 1 , wherein the support portion comprises a support member, and the holding portion comprises a holding member,
