Abstract

A finger spinner includes a central pivot element, a spinning element pivoted around the central pivot element, and an attaching base supporting the central pivot element. The spinning element further includes a spinning body and at least two spinning vanes symmetrical connected around the spinning body and has a central hole formed in the spinning body. The central pivot element is rotatably penetrated through the central hole to pivot around the central pivot element in response to an external force. The the attaching base is adapted for attaching to a finger ring or a nail surface.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 : A finger ring, comprising:
a ring adapted for being worn by a user's finger; and a finger spinner which comprises: a central pivot element, an attaching base supporting said central pivot element, wherein said attaching base comprises a base wall and an attaching bottom which is connected with said base wall and is adhered onto said ring, wherein a supporting cavity is formed within said base wall and said attaching bottom, and a spinning element, pivoted around said central pivot element, comprising a spinning body and at least two spinning vanes symmetrically connected around said spinning body and has a central hole formed by said spinning body in a center thereof, wherein said central pivot element passes through said central hole at a position that a bottom end of said central pivot element is received in said supporting cavity, such that said spinning element is capable of pivoting around said central pivot element, wherein said attaching bottom is indented toward said supporting cavity to form a curved bottom of said attaching base with a radian matching with a radian of a surface of said ring so as to fittingly adhere said attaching base onto said surface of said ring.

2 : The finger ring, as recited in claim 1 , wherein each of said spinning vanes of said spinning element forms a vane hole in the center so as to reduce a weight of each of said spinning vanes, so that an overall weight of said spinning element is reduced and the spinning time of said finger spinner is extended.

3 : The finger ring, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said finger spinner comprises three spinning vanes and said three spinning vanes which are equilateral triangularly arranged around said central spinning body.

4 : The finger ring, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said central pivot element further comprises a limiting top and a pivoting column connected with said limiting top and crossing through said central hole of said spinning element to receive a bottom end of said pivoting column in said supporting cavity, wherein a cross sectional size of said limiting top is larger than a cross sectional size of said pivoting column.

5 : The finger ring, as recited in claim 4 , wherein said spinning body is coupled with said pivoting column in a sleeve connection.

         6 - 10 . (canceled)

11 : The finger ring, as recited in claim 1 , wherein the surfaces of said central pivot element, said spinning element and said attaching base of said finger spinner are coated with a luminous coating, so that said finger spinner is visible in a dark environment.

12 : The finger ring, as recited in claim 1 , wherein the ring is a C-shaped finger ring.

13 : The finger ring, as recited in claim 1 , wherein the ring is an O-shaped finger ring.

14 : The finger ring, as recited in claim 1 , wherein each of said spinning vanes of said spinning element has edge blend of outside and inside profile.

15 : The finger ring, as recited in claim 1 , wherein a diameter of said central hole is smaller than a diameter of said attaching base.

16 : The finger ring, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said central pivot element is fixable connected with said attaching base in a bolting manner.

         17 : A finger spinner, comprising:
a central pivot element, an attaching base supporting said central pivot element, wherein said attaching base comprises a base wall and an attaching bottom which is connected with said base wall, wherein a supporting cavity is formed within said base wall and said attaching bottom, and a spinning element, pivoted around said central pivot element, comprising a spinning body and at least two spinning vanes symmetrically connected around said spinning body and has a central hole formed by said spinning body in a center thereof, wherein said central pivot element is rotatably penetrated through said central hole at a position that a bottom end of said central pivot element is received in said supporting cavity, such that said spinning element is capable of pivoting around said central pivot element, wherein said attaching bottom is a curved bottom with adhering ability.

18 : The finger spinner, as recited in claim 17 , wherein each of said spinning vanes of said spinning element forms a vane hole in the center so as to reduce a weight of each of said spinning vanes, so that an overall weight of said spinning element is reduced and a spinning time of said finger spinner is extended.

19 : The finger spinner, as recited in claim 17 , wherein said finger spinner comprises three spinning vanes and said three spinning vanes equilateral and triangularly arranged around said central spinning body.

20 : The finger spinner, as recited in claim 17 , wherein said central pivot element further comprises a limiting top and a pivoting column connected with said limiting top and penetrated through said central hole of said spinning element to receive a bottom end of said pivoting column in said supporting cavity, wherein a cross sectional size of said limiting top is larger than a cross sectional size of said pivoting column so as to prevent said spinning element detaching off from said pivoting column.

         21 - 23 . (canceled)

24 : The finger spinner, as recited in claim 17 , wherein said attaching bottom is indented toward said supporting cavity to form said curved bottom with a radian matching with a radian of a nail surface to adhere said attaching bottom onto the nail surface.

         25 . (canceled)

26 : The finger spinner, as recited in claim 17 , wherein surfaces of said central pivot element, said spinning element and said attaching base of said finger spinner are coated with a luminous coating, so that said finger spinner is visible in a dark environment.

         27 - 32 . (canceled)
