Abstract

This invention is directed toward a telescoping vaporizing “pen” or “vape pen” that is small and compact such that it is a discreet way to inhale combustible materials. Because of its size, it looks more like a stick of lip balm or than a vaporizing pen, such that it can be used without attracting unwanted attention. The “pen” also has a unique circuitry that allows for temperatures adequate to vaporize the combustible material being used, but not hot enough to burn the lips or mouth of the user, and has an optional cap over the atomizer top to further provide safely to the user.

That which is claimed: 
     
         1 . A device for creation and consumption of vaporized materials, comprising, a top cap, an atomizer, a body, a bottom cap, where the atomizer rests within the body, and where the atomizer can be moved in a vertical motion up and down. 
     
     
         2 . The device of  claim 1 , where the bottom cap additional comprises an exterior, and the exterior additionally comprises gripping means, and where a user of the invention can use the gripping means to rotate the bottom cap, additionally comprises telescoping means by which the atomizer can be mechanically moved in a vertical motion up and down through rotation of the bottom cap. 
     
     
         3 . The device of  claim 2 , where the top cap has a top cap diameter, and the top cap diameter is 10/16″, and where the top cap has a top cap length, and the top cap length is 9/16″. 
     
     
         4 . The device of  claim 3 , where the body additionally comprises a surface and a body base, where the surface additionally comprises a surface top, where the body base fits into the surface top, and the surface mates with the bottom cap. 
     
     
         5 . The device of  claim 4 , where the body has a body length, and the body length is 2 11/16″. 
     
     
         6 . The device of  claim 5 , where the top cap additionally comprises an inner face, and inner face additionally comprises cap threads, and where the base additionally comprises an exterior side, and the exterior side additionally comprises body threads, and where the body threads and the cap threads removably mate with each other. 
     
     
         7 . The device of  claim 6 , where the body additionally comprises a navigation tube, where the navigation tube mates with the bottom cap and with the base. 
     
     
         8 . The device of  claim 7 , where the body additionally comprises and inner section, with the inner section nestles within the navigation tube, where the inner section comprises a body seal ring, a body electrode, a body nonconductor, a body 510 screw, and inside tube and an inside cap, where the body 510 screw additionally comprises body 510 screw threads. 
     
     
         9 . The device of  claim 8 , additionally comprising a battery, a silicone sleeve, and a controller, and a pin. 
     
     
         10 . The device of  claim 9 , additionally comprising an atomizer that is small, compact, and has means of regulating the temperature of the evaporated products.

The device of  claim 10 , where the atomizer has an atomizer top, and the atomizer top has an atomizer top diameter, and where the atomizer additionally comprises an atomizer cap, where the atomizer cap has a cap top, an open cap bottom, and a cap side, where the cap side is a cylinder with a cylinder inner diameter, where the cylinder inner diameter is slightly larger than the atomizer top diameter, such that the atomizer cap fits snugly, but removably, on the atomizer top such that a user's lips are protected against a quantity of heat from the atomizer top, and such that the atomizer cap can be removed by the user. 
     
     
         12 . The device of  claim 11 , where the atomizer top has an atomizer top diameter, and where the atomizer top diameter is 7.5/16 th  inches. 
     
     
         13 . The device of  claim 10 , where the atomizer comprises atomizer tips and an atomizer base, where the atomizer base additionally comprises atomizer base threads, where the atomizer base threads removable mate with the body 510 screw threads such that the atomizer can be installed and removed easily.

The device of  claim 11 , where the atomizer additionally comprises an atomizer seal ring, an atomizer glass tank, an atomizer 510 screw, an atomizer nonconductor, an atomizer electrode, an atomizer holder, an atomizer heating element, an atomizer lower seal ring and an atomizer cotton.

A device for creation and consumption of vaporized materials, comprising, a top cap, an atomizer, a body, a bottom cap, where the atomizer rests within the body, and where the atomizer can be moved in a vertical motion up and down, where the body has a body length, and the body length is less than three inches.

The device of  claim 15 , where, where the atomizer has an atomizer top, and the atomizer top has an atomizer top diameter, and where the atomizer additionally comprises an atomizer cap, where the atomizer cap has a cap top, an open cap bottom, and a cap side, where the cap side is a cylinder with a cylinder inner diameter, where the cylinder inner diameter is slightly larger than the atomizer top diameter, such that the atomizer cap fits snugly, but removably, on the atomizer top such that a user's lips are protected against a quantity of heat from the atomizer top, and such that the atomizer cap can be removed by the user.

The device of  claim 15 , where, the bottom cap additional comprises an exterior, and the exterior additionally comprises gripping means, and where a user of the invention can use the gripping means to rotate the bottom cap, additionally comprises telescoping means by which the atomizer can be mechanically moved in a vertical motion up and down through rotation of the bottom cap, where the top cap has a top cap diameter, and the top cap diameter is less than one inch, and where the top cap has a top cap length, and the top cap length is less than one inch.

The device of  claim 15 , where the top cap additionally comprises an inner face, and inner face additionally comprises cap threads, and where the base additionally comprises an exterior side, and the exterior side additionally comprises body threads, and where the body threads and the cap threads removably mate with each other, where the body additionally comprises a navigation tube, where the navigation tube mates with the bottom cap and with the base, and, where the body additionally comprises and inner section, with the inner section nestles within the navigation tube, where the inner section comprises a body seal ring, a body electrode, a body nonconductor, a body 510 screw, and inside tube and an inside cap, where the body 510 screw additionally comprises body 510 screw threads. 
     
     
         19 . A device for creation and consumption of vaporized materials, comprising, a top cap, an atomizer, a body, a bottom cap, where the atomizer rests within the body, and where the atomizer can be moved in a vertical motion up and down,

The device of  claim 19 , where, the atomizer has an atomizer top, and the atomizer top has an atomizer top diameter, and where the atomizer additionally comprises an atomizer cap, where the atomizer cap has a cap top, an open cap bottom, and a cap side, where the cap side is a cylinder with a cylinder inner diameter, where the cylinder inner diameter is slightly larger than the atomizer top diameter, such that the atomizer cap fits snugly, but removably, on the atomizer top such that a user's lips are protected against a quantity of heat from the atomizer top, and such that the atomizer cap can be removed by the user, and, where the atomizer top has an atomizer top diameter, and where the atomizer top diameter is less than one half of an inch.
