Abstract

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a compound represented by formula (I). With this method, provided are a method for manufacturing a 4-heteroaryl-N-(2-phenyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-7-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid amide derivative; and an intermediate for this manufacturing method.

1 . A method for manufacturing a compound represented by formula (AD-2) below:

 4-(2,5-dimethylpyrimidin-4-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide;   1-methyl-4-(2-methylpyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide;   4-(5-fluoro-2-methoxypyrimidin-4-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide; and   1-methyl-4-(4-(trifluoromethyl)thiazol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide.

 N-(2-amino-5-fluoropyridin-4-yl)-4-(2,5-dimethylpyrimidin-4-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide;   N-(2-amino-5-fluoropyridin-4-yl)-4-(2-methylpyrimidin-4-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide; and   N-(2-amino-5-fluoropyridin-4-yl)-4-(5-fluoro-2-methoxypyrimidin-4-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide;   N-(2-amino-5-fluoropyridin-4-yl)-4-(4-(trifluoromethyl)thiazol-2-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide.
