Abstract

Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems, methods, devices, and the like for processing a cardless cash transaction. In one embodiment, a system is introduced that enables a communication between a user device and an automated teller machine. The communication disclosure presents a system and method that enables the communication between a user device and an automated teller machine for the withdrawal of a cash amount using a cardless cash option. The withdrawal occurs through the use of a white label platform which pairs the automated teller machine and user device without the use of a card.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A system, comprising
 a non-transitory memory storing instructions; a processor configured to execute the instructions to cause the system to:
 receive, via a first wireless network connection, a first request from a user device for cardless cash access from an automated teller machine;
 retrieve, from the first request received, user information associated with the user device;
 transmit, via a second wireless network connection, a token request from a white label platform, the token request including the user information;
 receive, via the second wireless network connection, an authorization token from the white label platform for transmit to the user device;
 in response to the authorization token transmitted to the user device, receive, via the first wireless network connection, a second request from the user device for a cash withdrawal, the second request received including a scanned image of a QR code; and
 in response to the second request received, transmit a request to the white label platform for the cash withdrawal, the white label platform pairing a communication between the user device and automated teller machine networks;
 update, the account balance base on a cash amount designated on the second request; and
 transmit, via the first wireless network connection, a successful notification to the user device for the cash withdrawal for the cash amount from the automated teller machine.

         2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the executing instructions further causes the system to:
 in response to the first request for the cardless cash access, determine if a user associated with the user information is onboarded; and perform just-in-time onboarding if it is determined that the user has not been onboarded.

         3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the second request from the user device for a cash withdrawal includes an automated teller machine location.

         4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the scanned image obtained from a display of the automated teller machine.

         5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the white label platform provides the communication with the automated teller machine networks including at least an acquiring processor, a network and an issuer processor.

         6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the executing instructions further causes the system to:
 in response to the second request received, transmit a notification to the user device regarding a fee associated with the second request for the cash withdrawal.

         7 . The system of claim 6 , wherein the fee associated with the second request is based on the automated teller machine.

         8 . A method, comprising:
 receiving, via a first wireless network connection, a first request from a user device for cardless cash access from an automated teller machine; retrieving, from the first request received, user information associated with the user device; transmitting, via a second wireless network connection, a token request from a white label platform, the token request including the user information; receiving, via the second wireless network connection, an authorization token from the white label platform for transmit to the user device; in response to the authorization token transmitted to the user device, receiving, via the first wireless network connection, a second request from the user device for a cash withdrawal, the second request received including a scanned image of a QR code; and in response to the second request received, transmitting a request to the white label platform for the cash withdrawal, the white label platform pairing a communication between the user device and automated teller machine networks; updating, the account balance base on a cash amount designated on the second request; and transmitting, via the first wireless network connection, a successful notification to the user device for the cash withdrawal for the cash amount from the automated teller machine.

         9 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising:
 in response to the first request for the cardless cash access, determining if a user associated with the user information is onboarded; and performing just-in-time onboarding if it is determined that the user has not been onboarded.

         10 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the second request from the user device for a cash withdrawal includes an automated teller machine location.

         11 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the scanned image obtained from a display of the automated teller machine.

         12 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the white label platform provides the communication with the automated teller machine networks including at least an acquiring processor, a network and an issuer processor.

         13 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising:
 in response to the second request received, transmitting a notification to the user device regarding a fee associated with the second request for the cash withdrawal.

         14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the fee associated with the second request is based on the automated teller machine.

         15 . A non-transitory machine readable medium having stored thereon machine readable instructions executable to cause a machine to perform operations comprising:
 receiving, via a first wireless network connection, a first request from a user device for cardless cash access from an automated teller machine; retrieving, from the first request received, user information associated with the user device; transmitting, via a second wireless network connection, a token request from a white label platform, the token request including the user information; receiving, via the second wireless network connection, an authorization token from the white label platform for transmit to the user device; in response to the authorization token transmitted to the user device, receiving, via the first wireless network connection, a second request from the user device for a cash withdrawal, the second request received including a scanned image of a QR code; and in response to the second request received, transmitting a request to the white label platform for the cash withdrawal, the white label platform pairing a communication between the user device and automated teller machine networks; updating, the account balance base on a cash amount designated on the second request; and transmitting, via the first wireless network connection, a successful notification to the user device for the cash withdrawal for the cash amount from the automated teller machine.

         16 . The non-transitory machine readable medium of claim 15 , further comprising:
 in response to the first request for the cardless cash access, determining if a user associated with the user information is onboarded; and performing just-in-time onboarding if it is determined that the user has not been onboarded.

         17 . The non-transitory machine readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the second request from the user device for a cash withdrawal includes an automated teller machine location.

         18 . The non-transitory machine readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the scanned image obtained from a display of the automated teller machine.
