Inner frame for motor-driven mattress
Abstract
Disclosed is a motor-driven mattress inner frame, comprising: a head frame ( 100 ), a main frame ( 200 ) and a foot frame ( 300 ), wherein a head motor ( 600 ) and a foot motor ( 700 ) are arranged in the middle part of the main frame ( 200 ). The head frame ( 100 ) and the main frame ( 200 ) are detachably connected to two ends of a first hinge ( 400 ) respectively. A driving shaft of the head motor ( 600 ) drives one end of the first hinge ( 400 ) which is connected to the head frame ( 100 ) and enables the head frame ( 100 ) to rotate relatively to the main frame ( 200 ). The main frame ( 200 ) and the foot frame ( 300 ) are detachably connected to two ends of two second hinges ( 800 ) respectively; two connecting rods ( 805, 806 ) are arranged in parallel on the second hinge ( 800 ). A pair of opposite linkages ( 806 ) is fixed with a rotatory shaft ( 801 ) which is driven to rotate by the foot motor ( 700 ). The rotatory shaft ( 801 ) rotates and the movement thereof is converted by the linkages ( 805, 806 ) into an up and down translation of the foot frame ( 300 ). The inner frame of a motor-driven mattress has the advantages of being convenient to assemble and disassemble, having a simple structure and being able to be folded in accordance with ergonomics.
