Shock absorber
Abstract
A shock absorber includes: a cylinder; a piston that is movably inserted into the cylinder and defines an extension side chamber and a compression side chamber inside the cylinder; an extension side damping passage and a compression side damping passage that communicate the extension side chamber with the compression side chamber; a pressure chamber that communicates with the extension side chamber and the compression side chamber; and an elastic member that defines a first chamber communicating with the extension side chamber and a second chamber communicating with the compression side chamber inside the pressure chamber.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A shock absorber comprising:
a cylinder; a piston that is movably inserted into the cylinder and defines two operation chambers inside the cylinder; a damping passage that communicates the two operation chambers with each other; a housing that forms a pressure chamber in the housing to communicate with the two operation chambers; a tube that is sandwiched in the housing from both sides in an axial direction; and an elastic member that is integrated with an inner circumference of the tube by baking to define the pressure chamber as a first chamber communicating with the one operation chamber and a second chamber communicating with the other operation chamber.
