Method and device for forming container groupings
Abstract
Provided is a method for packing arrangements of piece goods, in which a plurality of piece goods and particularly containers are at least partially interconnected by a first connection device, at least two-piece goods of said plurality of piece goods being directly interconnected by the connection device. According to the embodiments, this plurality of piece goods connected by means of the connection device is packed with a second connection device in the form of a second wrapping element and the plurality of piece goods connected by a first connection device is transported to a packaging device by a transport device and surrounded and particularly wrapped by said packaging device with the second wrapping element.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for packaging piece good groupings, wherein a plurality of container, are at least partially interconnected by a first connector, wherein at least two containers of this plurality are directly held together with the connector, wherein this plurality of containers connected by the connector is packaged with a second connector in the form of a second wrapping element, and the plurality of containers connected by a first connector is conveyed by a conveyor device to a packaging device and enclosed and wrapped, with the second wrapping element by said packaging device, and wherein the second wrapping element is a stretchable film element which wraps the grouping in a spiral.
2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein this wrapping takes place with the second wrapping element about a longitudinal axis defined by a transport direction.
3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the connector is an adhesive.
4 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the connector holds at least two of the piece goods of the piece good grouping together.
5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the connector holds together at least two piece goods arranged externally with respect to the piece good grouping.
6 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein each of the piece goods arranged externally with respect to the piece good grouping is connected by the connector to at least one further piece good.
7 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein at least one further piece good is delivered to the plurality of piece goods at least partially connected to the connector, and the grouping of the plurality of piece goods connected to the connector and the at least one further piece good is wrapped with the second wrapping element.
8 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein at least one portion of the piece good grouping wrapped with the second wrapping element is separated from a further portion of the piece good grouping wrapped with the second wrapping element.
9 . A piece good grouping with a plurality of containers according to claim 1 , which are at least partially connected by means of a first connector, wherein this first connector is an adhesive which holds at least two containers of this piece good grouping directly against one another, wherein the piece good grouping is surrounded and wrapped at least partially by a second wrapping element.
10 . An apparatus for producing a piece good grouping with a transport device which transports a plurality of containers in a predetermined transport direction, with a first packaging device, by which at least two of the containers of this piece good grouping to be produced are held together directly with a connecting element, with a second packaging device, which is arranged downstream in the transport direction of the first packaging device, and which applies a second wrapping element designed as a film element to the plurality of piece goods to be connected at least partially by the connector, wherein this second packaging device is suitable and intended to surround and wrap the at least partially connected plurality of containers with the second wrapping element, wherein the second wrapping element wraps the grouping in a spiral.Cited by (0)
