Pressing device for sanding machines

Abstract

A pressing device for sanding machines is connected to a sanding machine with a transversal frame, at least one transmitting group, and at least one transmission belt, and the pressing device has a holding frame, a pressing frame, a synchronization set, and an auxiliary set. The holding frame is securely connected to the transversal frame to locate in an inner side of the at least one transmission belt. The pressing frame is securely connect to the holding frame to locate in the inner side of the at least one transmission belt, and has multiple rollers deposited on a bottom of the pressing frame and extending toward a lower half of the at least one transmission belt. The rollers of the pressing frame selectively abut the at least one transmission belt to rotate with the at least one transmission belt and to provide a pre-pressing force.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A pressing device for sanding machines, connected to a sanding machine with a transversal frame, at least one transmitting group deposited outside the transversal frame, and at least one transmission belt connected to the at least one transmitting group, and the pressing device connected to the transversal frame of the sanding machine, located in an inner side of the at least one transmission belt, and having:
 a holding frame adapted to be securely connected to the transversal frame to locate in the inner side of the at least one transmission belt, and having two wheel axles respectively deposited on two ends of the holding frame at an outer side of the holding frame;   a pressing frame securely connected to the holding frame to locate in the inner side of the at least one transmission belt, and having multiple rollers deposited on a bottom of the pressing frame and extending toward a lower half of the at least one transmission belt;   wherein the rollers of the pressing frame selectively abut the at least one transmission belt to rotate with the at least one transmission belt and to provide a pre-pressing force;   a synchronization set connected to the holding frame around the pressing frame, and having
 two synchronous wheels respectively and rotatably mounted on the two wheel axles of the holding frame beside the pressing frame; and 
 a synchronous belt mounted around the two synchronous wheels of the synchronization set, and having a lower half abutting the inner side of the at least one transmission belt and connected to the rollers of the pressing frame; and 
   an auxiliary set adapted to be securely connected to the transversal frame to locate in the inner side of the at least one transmission belt, connected to the synchronization set, and having multiple auxiliary wheels deposited at spaced intervals and abutting against the synchronous belt.   
     
     
         2 . The pressing device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the holding frame has at least two fixing boards deposited on an inner side of the holding frame to connect with the transversal frame. 
     
     
         3 . The pressing device as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein
 each one of the at least two fixing boards has an elongated adjusting hole formed through the fixing board; and   a height of the holding frame relative to the at least one transmission belt is adjusted by the adjusting holes of the at least two fixing boards.   
     
     
         4 . The pressing device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the auxiliary set has multiple adjusting frames respectively connected to the auxiliary wheels to change positions of the auxiliary wheels to adjust tightness of the synchronous belt. 
     
     
         5 . The pressing device as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the auxiliary set has multiple adjusting frames respectively connected to the auxiliary wheels to change positions of the auxiliary wheels to adjust tightness of the synchronous belt. 
     
     
         6 . The pressing device as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the auxiliary set has multiple adjusting frames respectively connected to the auxiliary wheels to change positions of the auxiliary wheels to adjust tightness of the synchronous belt.
