Radio communication system, radio communication method, radio base station and control station

Abstract

A radio communication system includes a plurality of radio base stations and a control station connected to the radio base stations. One of the radio base stations notifies state control information including information regarding state control to the control station before or after execution of state control in the one radio base station. The control station notifies at least one of management information regarding the radio parameter updated in accordance with the state control and the state control information to the radio base stations connected to the control station, with the exclusion of the one radio base station that notified the state control information.

1 . A control node comprising:
 a receiver configured to receive, from a first radio station that operates a first cell, control information indicating that the first cell is ready to be activated;   a processor configured to determine to activate the first cell; and   a transmitter configured to send, to the first radio station, an instruction to activate the first cell, wherein   the transmitter is configured to send, to a second radio station, an instruction to add the first cell to be activated into a cell list managed by the second radio station, and   the receiver is configured to receive a response message indicating that the first cell to be activated was added into the cell list.   
     
     
         2 . A method for a control node, the method comprising:
 receiving, from a first radio station that operates a first cell, control information indicating that the first cell is ready to be activated;   determining to activate the first cell; and   sending, to the first radio station, an instruction to activate the first cell, wherein   sending, to a second radio station, an instruction to add the first cell to be activated into a cell list managed by the second radio station; and   receiving a response message indicating that the first cell to be activated was added into the cell list.
