Abstract

The object of the present invention is a cap provided with a guarantee seal. The guarantee seal consists of guarantee portions comprising an engagement portion and a connecting portion. The seal further comprises bridges for connecting adjacent guarantee portions to one another and a safety portion that makes the engagement portion integral with the handling portion. The safety portion is structurally suitable for keeping the engagement portion constrained in the broken seal configuration, for preventing the forming of dangerous spikes.

         8 . The cap of claim 7 , wherein the at least one member secures the engagement portion of the guarantee seal to the inner annular wall.

         9 . The cap of claim 7 , wherein the at least one member secures the connecting portion of the guarantee seal to the inner annular wall.

         10 . The cap of claim 7 , wherein the at least one member includes a first safety portion connecting the engagement portion to the inner annular wall and a second connecting element connecting the connecting portion to the inner annular wall.

         11 . The cap of claim 1 , further comprising the coupling portion having a tubular straw.

         12 . The cap of claim 11 , further comprising the container attached to the coupling portion, wherein the container is a flexible container.

         13 . The cap of claim 7 , wherein the engagement portion is configured to pivot relative to the connecting portion at the loop upon the at least one bridge breaking, wherein the loop maintains the engagement portion and the connecting portion in a broken seal configuration.

         14 . A cap for use with a coupling portion of a container and suitable for being disconnected upon rotation relative to the coupling portion, the cap comprising:
 an inner annular wall; a closing bottom to close the inner annular wall; an annular handling portion suitable to be grasped by a user to disconnect the cap from the coupling portion; and a guarantee seal having,
 at least one engagement portion having an engagement element configured to rotationally engage a resistant element of the coupling portion,
 at least one connecting portion connected to the engagement portion with a loop between the engagement portion and the connecting portion;
 at least one bridge connected to the guarantee seal and configured to break upon the engagement element rotationally engaging the resistant element of the coupling portion, and
 a member connecting the guarantee seal to the cap to retain the guarantee seal such that the guarantee seal remains attached to the cap upon breakage of the at least one bridge;
   wherein the engagement portion and the connecting portion are configured to be in a sealed configuration when the at least one bridge is not broken; and wherein the engagement portion and the connecting portion are configured to be in a broken seal configuration when the at least one bridge is broken; wherein in the broken seal configuration, the engagement portion is pivoted relative to the connecting portion at the loop and held in the pivoted position of the broken seal configuration by the loop.

         15 . The cap of claim 14 , wherein the annular handling portion extends between a bottom edge and a top edge and is radially spaced from the inner annular wall to define at least one safety passage between the annular handling portion and the inner annular wall.
