Abstract
A pipeline dredger, including a compressed air gun and a sealing apparatus, wherein the compressed air gun includes an L-shaped air pipe, a cavity body and a gun handle; an exhaust apparatus is arranged in the cavity body; a sealed compressed air chamber is formed between the exhaust apparatus and the cavity body; the exhaust apparatus includes a tubular connecting pipe and an exhaust pipe connected mutually; one end of the exhaust pipe is connected with the L-shaped air pipe, and the other end is a connecting end; one end of the connecting pipe is a chamber, and the other end is connected with a pressure release valve; the connecting end is inserted into the chamber; a vent hole is formed in an inner wall of the chamber so that the chamber is communicated with the compressed air chamber; a piston structure which is always abutted against the connecting end is arranged in the chamber; the piston structure separates the chamber from the exhaust pipe; a pressure release airflow generated during pressure release of the pressure release valve flows into the chamber from the compressed air chamber and drives the piston structure to separate from the connecting end so that the airflow flows into the exhaust pipe from the compressed air chamber through the chamber and is discharged from the L-shaped air pipe; the sealing apparatus comprises an air-filled bag installed on the L-shaped air pipe; and the inflated air-filled bag can block a pipeline opening.

A pipeline dredger, comprising a compressed air gun and a sealing apparatus, wherein the compressed air gun comprises an L-shaped air pipe, a cavity body and a gun handle; an exhaust apparatus is arranged in the cavity body; a sealed compressed air chamber is formed between the exhaust apparatus and the cavity body; the exhaust apparatus comprises a tubular connecting pipe and an exhaust pipe connected mutually; one end of the exhaust pipe is connected with the L-shaped air pipe, and the other end is a connecting end; one end of the connecting pipe is a chamber, and the other end is connected with a pressure release valve arranged in the gun handle; the connecting end is inserted into the chamber and is connected and fixed; a vent hole is formed in an inner wall of the chamber so that the chamber is communicated with the compressed air chamber; a piston structure which is always abutted against the connecting end is arranged in the chamber; the piston structure separates the chamber from the exhaust pipe; a pressure release airflow generated during pressure release of the pressure release valve flows into the chamber from the compressed air chamber and drives the piston structure to separate from the connecting end so that the airflow flows into the exhaust pipe from the compressed air chamber through the chamber and is discharged from the L-shaped air pipe; the sealing apparatus comprises an air-filled bag sleeved on an outer side of the L-shaped air pipe; and the air-filled bag can block a pipeline opening.

The pipeline dredger according to claim 1 , wherein the piston structure comprises a spring and a movable air plug for connecting the spring; the movable air plug is abutted against an end part of the connecting end; an external diameter of the movable air plug is gradually increased along a direction towards the connecting end; and an external diameter of one end of the movable air plug abutted against the connecting end is greater than a maximum external diameter of the connecting end and less than an internal diameter of the chamber.
3 . The pipeline dredger according to claim 2 , wherein an inserting depth of the connecting end in the chamber is greater than a distance between the vent hole and an end surface of an opening of the chamber.

The pipeline dredger according to claim 2 , wherein the cavity body comprises a cavity body shell and a connecting piece connected coaxially; a tubular air outlet pipe is also arranged on one end of the cavity body close to the exhaust pipe; and the exhaust pipe is connected with the air outlet pipe and is connected to the L-shaped pipe through the air outlet pipe.

The pipeline dredger according to claim 4 , wherein a button for controlling the pressure release valve and an inflating mouth externally connected with an inflating device are arranged on the gun handle; an inflating opening communicated to the compressed air chamber is arranged in the connecting piece; the pressure release valve is communicated with the connecting pipe; and the inflating opening is communicated with the inflating mouth.

The pipeline dredger according to claim 5 , wherein a pressure gauge is also arranged on the gun handle; a three-way pipe is arranged in the middle of a first hose; a second hose is arranged between the three-way pipe and the pressure gauge; and the pressure gauge displays an intensity of pressure in the compressed air chamber and the chamber.

The pipeline dredger according to claim 4 , wherein an arc-shaped bulge is arranged at an opening of an end part of the air outlet pipe along a circumferential direction; the L-shaped pipe comprises a first air pipe and a second air pipe vertically connected; a spherical bayonet and a sealing knob sleeved on an outer ring of the spherical bayonet are arranged on an outer side of an end part of the first air pipe; a spherical chamber for inserting the arc-shaped bulge is arranged in the spherical bayonet; an internal diameter of the spherical chamber is equal to or less than a maximum external diameter of the arc-shaped bulge; a plurality of notches are arranged in the spherical bayonet along the circumferential direction of the opening; and the notches start from the opening and extend along a direction of the first air pipe.

The pipeline dredger according to claim 4 , wherein a safety plug and a safety plug hole penetrating through the connecting piece and communicated to the compressed air chamber are also disposed on the connecting piece; the safety plug is inserted into the safety plug hole; one end of the safety plug is sleeved with a safety spring; the safety spring generates an acting force facing the compressed air chamber to the safety plug; and the other end of the safety plug is sleeved with a plurality of safety washers and blocks the safety plug hole.

The pipeline dredger according to claim 5 , wherein a safety plug and a safety plug hole penetrating through the connecting piece and communicated to the compressed air chamber are also disposed on the connecting piece; the safety plug is inserted into the safety plug hole; one end of the safety plug is sleeved with a safety spring; the safety spring generates an acting force facing the compressed air chamber to the safety plug; and the other end of the safety plug is sleeved with a plurality of safety washers and blocks the safety plug hole.

The pipeline dredger according to claim 6 , wherein a safety plug and a safety plug hole penetrating through the connecting piece and communicated to the compressed air chamber are also disposed on the connecting piece; the safety plug is inserted into the safety plug hole; one end of the safety plug is sleeved with a safety spring; the safety spring generates an acting force facing the compressed air chamber to the safety plug; and the other end of the safety plug is sleeved with a plurality of safety washers and blocks the safety plug hole.

The pipeline dredger according to claim 7 , wherein a safety plug and a safety plug hole penetrating through the connecting piece and communicated to the compressed air chamber are also disposed on the connecting piece; the safety plug is inserted into the safety plug hole; one end of the safety plug is sleeved with a safety spring; the safety spring generates an acting force facing the compressed air chamber to the safety plug; and the other end of the safety plug is sleeved with a plurality of safety washers and blocks the safety plug hole.
12 . The pipeline dredger according to claim 1 , wherein the sealing apparatus further comprises a pressurization airbag connected with the air-filled bag; the pressurization airbag inflates the air-filled bag; and the air-filled bag is made of elastic deformable material.
13 . The pipeline dredger according to claim 2 , wherein the sealing apparatus further comprises a pressurization airbag connected with the air-filled bag; the pressurization airbag inflates the air-filled bag; and the air-filled bag is made of elastic deformable material.
14 . The pipeline dredger according to claim 3 , wherein the sealing apparatus further comprises a pressurization airbag connected with the air-filled bag; the pressurization airbag inflates the air-filled bag; and the air-filled bag is made of elastic deformable material.
15 . The pipeline dredger according to claim 4 , wherein the sealing apparatus further comprises a pressurization airbag connected with the air-filled bag; the pressurization airbag inflates the air-filled bag; and the air-filled bag is made of elastic deformable material.
16 . The pipeline dredger according to claim 5 , wherein the sealing apparatus further comprises a pressurization airbag connected with the air-filled bag; the pressurization airbag inflates the air-filled bag; and the air-filled bag is made of elastic deformable material.
17 . The pipeline dredger according to claim 6 , wherein the sealing apparatus further comprises a pressurization airbag connected with the air-filled bag; the pressurization airbag inflates the air-filled bag; and the air-filled bag is made of elastic deformable material.
18 . The pipeline dredger according to claim 7 , wherein the sealing apparatus further comprises a pressurization airbag connected with the air-filled bag; the pressurization airbag inflates the air-filled bag; and the air-filled bag is made of elastic deformable material.
19 . The pipeline dredger according to claim 12 , wherein an air delivery pipe is arranged between the air-filled bag and the pressurization airbag; a deflation valve is arranged on the air delivery pipe; an air inlet hole for a unidirectional air intake is formed in the pressurization airbag; and the deflation valve can be pressed to discharge inflated air in the air-filled bag.Cited by (0)
